Service was great but the food needs work. Ordered a hotcakes with bacon and my pancakes look like they were nibbled on by critters before handed out the window to myself! Missing a half a hotcake!

When I took my son to dover Mc Danks, they only filled the fries halfway. Very disappointing, when that's all we can eat aside from a meat patty since we are both celiacs, and mine is more severe, so I don't trust the contamination. Generally, in Rochester, the fries are always cold, so I have to order them with no salt, and then sometimes they are still cold. Like they leave them sitting sometimes in the fryers. My 8 year old said the Dover one is not as clean as Rochester....

It was very busy when we went, but the food was hot despite the long lines. I'm not sure what the point of ordering ahead is if you still have to wait 20+ mins in line. PLEASE get more staff.
