Let me start off by saying I'm a fan of OTTO's and love going in to the Portland Maine Congress Street location. I like going to the southern Maine and Portsmouth places too, they're pretty good. But I will never be returning to the one in Dover, and I don't recommend it. Here's why. Most OTTO locations are carved into existing buildings as a addition or tiny shacks in old auto garages, all of the service you can expect 1. order a pizza, 2. get a pizza, 3. ask if you need help. It's low casual effort and comfortable. This location is built like a fine dining establishment, only it's a greasy pizza joint. That seems like an odd complaint since it's just more space right? If you don't account for the rude, bored staff that gossip about you for talking to your partner sharing memories, comparing other locations, and constantly looking over your shoulder to watch you.

Friday night originally my wife and I intended to visit another restaurant that we did not make reservations for. A hour wait ....we looked at each other...Otto ? Yep great call....arrived circa 5PM by the time we left the place was bustling. Two small pizzas love the thin crust ...small trad cheese & multi ingredient...delicious. Great service decent price, good vibe..friendly greeting....server checked in a couple of times..The parking sitch is not ideal but not a problem either. We'll be back soon.

Ordered take out. Ordered my salad without red onion and it's there's anyways! Got jalapeno poppers and they were cold. Ordered an extra dressing which they charge you for and didn't get one!

Very polite staff, all modifications to the pizza were met. However, I got the vodka pasta pizza and I was SO excited to try this but was let down. I would describe the taste as pretty bland unfortunately. The only things I was getting hit with was red pepper chilly flakes and the basil. Along with that, the pizza was very dry. Almost no vodka sauce on the pasta at all. I also asked for a side of the vodka sauce but it was so cold they must have just taken it out the fridge. Definitely unfortunate being it was a to go order, i dont have a microwave in my car..

Crust was really chewy. It was tough to chew. Ordered 4 pizzas. Hardly any cheese. They put circles of sauce on top w no cheese on those parts already. The meatball pizza had barely any meat on it. The hostess was very nice, however.

Waited 10 minutes to order drinks. Water fltast nasty.be nice if they had soup. Pizza different, but good. Sauce taste outstanding. Not big on thin crust, but good dough taste. Under carriage nice color. About 110 agree flop. Toppings need be spread out more evenly. Some slices no topping on it. Was rush to finish and pay not that great feeling. Little training on staff this be nice place.thevparkingvis hard to get but not fault on the place. It is also tuck away a little hard to find.
The service could use a little work other than that pizza was very good it was my first time in the place I will be back for the pizza hope next time get better service that's all I have to say

Pizza was sloppily made. Everyone who ate it was horribly sick. Very disappointed for over 30 dollars a pizza. Usually a big fan but won't be back after that. Im assuming its probably i didnt tip ordering online because I tipped in cash.
