Stopped by last week for the 1st time. My pizza was hot, delicious & made with quality toppings. I highly recommend stopping by, you won't regret it. I will definitely be back.

Ordered a basil and ricotta pizza like always. It arrived with a very bitter cheese under the sauce. Never was like this before. I called and they said “oh,sorry”. $26 pizza that I can’t eat. Mistakes happen, I get it.

Had a great time poppin in for a drink and some food. Meatballs were fantastic, service was top notch. But I got a greek salad with chicken for take-out and I got probably 10oz of Olives and maybe 2oz of chicken. The up charge for chicken was 16$ vs the 8$ for the garden salad. If I knew I was gonna get an olive salad with 2oz of cold chicken I woulda got a different food item. Other than that, I'd come back here for one of their pies / beverages.

Mediocre at best. Host was oddly rude when we arrived, pizza was unremarkable and extremely overpriced. Stuffed jalapeno appetizer was completely devoid of flavor, basically a singed bell pepper with lukewarm cream cheese inside. On a positive note, the bartender was great! She was very nice, and provided great service. Frankly she deserves to work in a better establishment. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I can rate the one in Portsmouth. The one in Dover is like a bottleneck experience. I didn’t stop. In Portsmouth after I get my hair cut I walk over to Otto for a slice of pizza or two. It’s a great atmosphere free parking. Thin crust pizza and I love many flavors.😬
Idk if Ottos lived up to the hype but it's a good pizza deff.... Depends on what you are looking for... If you want a thin crust pizza then this is your place... Pizza was good, doe was excellent, only reason I didn't give them a 5 star was the fact the pizza didn't pass the structural test.. when I held my slices the slice had a flop at the end ... It's wasn't a little flop either... I picked up the pizza take out. When I got there the pizza was just coming out to the front desk meaning it just came out the oven.... Anyways I will go back again cuz the pizza was good and they have some very interesting topping combinations.... UPDATE: 8/5/25 I went back to see if the crust issue was resolved and even ordered a small pizza to see if the crust would have been better being a smaller pizza. Unfortunately the crust was still floppy.. and now soggy... It's to bad I wanted to like this place but the crust was not to par. Eventhough it was one part of the pizza, it's the most important part of the pizza.... Unfortunately I will not be going back....

I decided to try this place for the first time. What a disappointment this was. Went in to get my pickup order I get home and had to call because I thought they gave me someone else's Pizza which wasn't the case they just messed up my order play said that they would refund me that never happened I called the next day still no refund in the woman on the phone explain to me if they couldn't figure out the refund I could come in and get a gift card. No thank you! Finally the next day I get a hold of someone that said the manager will be in the following day and will refund the entire order that was just the pizza that I ordered that was the wrong pizza and an order of stale cheesy bread that was supposed to be garlic bread. That didn't happen he refunded me the pizza but not the garlic bread I would not recommend this place the food was terrible and no one seems to know what was going on in the restaurant explain to the person on the phone taking the order that it was my first time trying there. What a huge disappointment I will not be spending my money there again
