My bf and I were here the other day and ordered the same sandwich (pesto dipper), and I got a side salad. 8 hours later we were both .. uh.. waiting in line for the bathroom while the other was using it. It had to be the sandwich, maybe the soup, because that was the only thing in common we ate that day.
I've never gotten sick from bad food from a chain fast-food place, but yikes. Even the day after our stomachs weren't quite back to normal.

Rude service. Went in at 7pm to buy a whole loaf of bread to have with dinner - cashier said they had none left even though there is a freshly baked rack behind her: “those are tomorrows loaves” so you can’t sell me fresh bread? All bread is made the day before now before they close? Really disappointing…..
Update: a week after posting - all rewards on my account (through this email) are gone as well as my points and any promotional deal applied through the kiosk or app gives an error for me only nobody else in my family. Will add pictures of that as well.

This place is a dump. The seating area was disgusting, I would have walked out by my kid really wanted to eat there. All the tables look like they haven’t been cleaned all day. The food took about 30-40 minutes to come out and it was not overly busy. Pretty sure the manager was there working on his laptop in the corner, walking in and out of the kitchen with food for himself. Maybe stop stuffing your face and actually manage this location? The employees preparing food were working hard, and it tasted like Panera.

Your basic Panera Bread. Service here was good. They let my son have a bag of chips with his Mac and Cheese, which he devoured! I had a freebie through the app and rewards program so I had a half Ciabatta Cheesesteak. The taste started out sweet then had a spicy 🔥 bite at the end. The place was tidy, including the bathroom. WiFi available. I hope they will have Mac and Cheese with broccoli 🥦. It is one of the successful ways I can get my kids to eat broccoli. If you like Panera Bread, I recommend this one.
I did curbside pickup. Once again, they forgot to put the sides in the bag. This is the second time they have forgotten the sides this year.
Panara is very very expensive, for the prices they charge, everything should be perfect every time.
Note to Panara: when you charge a premium price, customers expect a premium experience. You failed again!

My husband ordered food from here and got me a parfait he knows how much I love them. Especially at 9 MONTHS PREGNANT so you can only imagine how pissed I was that they gave me a spoiled thick past due yogurt that taste more like cottage cheese unacceptable 🙄

The first time I went here the food was terrible we ended up getting home calling the manager and they gave us a credit for another meal and we never used it. We decided to give them another chance and it was the same thing. The food was absolutely terrible. We are never going back.

It's a very nice warm comforting place to eat at. It is not really a place to eat dinner at.... But breakfast, snack, lunch is really good. The only thing I don't like is their breakfast menu is only for breakfast, not snack or lunch, so that's a little annoying
