I ordered online and was given a pick up time of 3:28. I arrived at 3:35 and the order was sent to the kitchen after I declared my arrival for pick up. I noted that Grub Hub and Door Dash orders were ready for pickup without this issue. Another customer who came in had the same thing happen-the order was placed at his arrival! I went out of my way to stop here because we live Papa’s traditional pizza. But had I l own I’d be waiting another 35 minutes, I wouldn’t have. I still had 3.5 hours of travel ahead of me.

I don't think they have changed since I was a kid. One thing I have noticed is that the management and task to employee seem to be all over the place. Orders can take a crazy amount of time to be ready when they say 30 min you may think more like 45 min to an hour. Still quality food just think they need a better system

I ordered two pizzas and a sub on the website for pick up. I was given a time of 6:11. I got to the store at 6:09 and told it was going to be 15 minutes. I waited for about 25 minutes before going up to ask about how much longer. I was told “it’s the fourth one out”. I have no idea what that means so I asked “do you have an estimate on time?” She told me that it would be 10 more minutes. I’ve been waiting over an hour… still no food. Probably my last stop in here.
