I don't think they have changed since I was a kid. One thing I have noticed is that the management and task to employee seem to be all over the place. Orders can take a crazy amount of time to be ready when they say 30 min you may think more like 45 min to an hour. Still quality food just think they need a better system

I ordered two pizzas and a sub on the website for pick up. I was given a time of 6:11. I got to the store at 6:09 and told it was going to be 15 minutes. I waited for about 25 minutes before going up to ask about how much longer. I was told “it’s the fourth one out”. I have no idea what that means so I asked “do you have an estimate on time?” She told me that it would be 10 more minutes. I’ve been waiting over an hour… still no food. Probably my last stop in here.

Papa Ginos has always been my go to for pizza..Moved to Maine from NH, but they dont have any here🥺 But we make the trip back home, just to have it😋
Pizza was great, however when I placed the order it said it would be ready in about 25 minutes… so I waited 25 minutes until I went in… at which point they said they just put it in the oven… so I had to wait about 20 more minutes…

In the 4 years I've been coming to this location, the coupons never work. Today was especially annoying. I had a coupon to "Celebrate Pizza Month" that expired yesterday. The girl called me "honey" no less than 10 times! I held my tongue, but I really wanted to scream at her and as always seems to be the case, the wifi was down so she couldn't look up that I signed up for text for 25% off, but even though she picked my phone up without asking first and saw I signed up, she only gave me 10%, which she got back as a tip.
This place was s great !!! Papa Gino’s never disappoints. Our favorite is the Hamburger, Sausage, Green peppers and onions. Always on point at this specific location ( Dover, Nh ) and the service has always been fantastic. Keep up the great work 🙂

The food was fantastic and with the first order discount we couldn’t have been happier. Delivery was quick and the pizza was fresh when it came to our door. Will definitely be ordering from here again real soon.

The food here was absolutely delicious. I never feel strongly enough about a restaurant to leave a review but they really deserve it. The staff there is always friendly and the food at this location is never disappointing. I highly recommend their chicken fingers and their chicken bacon ranch pizza.
