I ordered an XL cheese pizza. 16" is the stated size, mine was about 15.5". Sure to be some cooking shrinkage. No toppings to distract from the review. The pizza was simply fine. Sauce was under seasoned for my liking. Might just be pure canned tomato sauce with no doctoring. The crust was okay in flavor but didn't give the pizza any contrasting texture. Pizza:sauce:cheese ratio was good. Overall it's a pizza I won't go out of my way for but I also won't turn up my nose at. I appreciate it as an option for delivery that isn't the same Greek pizza they have at all the house of pizzas. They must be doing something right, the cars are always out, busy delivering.

I have been going to Papa Jays for about 20 years. It's a staple of the community. Easily has the best chicken tenders and fries in town. I order food maybe a couple times a month, and in the past few months I've noticed the sizes of their subs(rolls) getting thinner and thinner. I get that there is inflation, but it's happened twice so far where the width of the sub rolls have gotten thinner, very noticeably. The subs are what we usually order but I fear the next time it will be on a breadstick sliced in half. Unfortunately we'll have to look elsewhere for subs unless they change back :(

Got a xlg Hawaiian pizza half the crust was thin and a ten piece potato skin that cost me 19.99 jalapeño poppers and a two liter of Pepsi plus tax then they added 9.53 that they didn't tell me about plus I tipped the driver 10 dollars I could have paid less at the 99 definitely not worth the price I paid 67 plus was my bill I won't recommend or will I get anything from this place again

Great service! Great food! Competitive prices! The people behind the counter were super friendly and seemed to be handling a busy time extremely well. Papa Jays deserves a lot of praise, shockingly good pizza and delicious apps and subs to boot.
16 inch is X-tra lg pizza?! Great value waters? $4.50 for 2 litre soda. Fried pickles were awful!! Not worth the price at all.

I ordered delivery that didn't arrive for hours. I was told I would receive a refund that never came. I believe we should be accountable for mistakes After four years of being a loyal customer I am disgusted. Treat people right or lose business. I'm taking my business elsewhere and will tell everyone that Papa Jay's told me twice I would receive a refund. Tell the truth! Domino's was capable of following clear instructions and you best believe every single person in my life is aware of the unprofessional incompetent response to your failure. I'm 66 years young and have been involved with food service for forty years. Bottom line is shame on you. I'm Boston born and nobody calls me mam. Loud and proud mother of a military son active duty. Best understand that respect is a key to success. Wish you exactly what you deserve and I hope you tank.

So sorry. My first time was last night delivery! Pizza was extremely greasy. I had 2 pieces and threw away. It was that bad and it gave me the Big D! Never again. I should really get a credit for medium with pepperoni, cheese and shrooms
