After a recent experience, we had left a negative review for Papa Jays as opposed to reaching out to reconcile the issue. Jay had since reached out personally to remedy the situation and I will say I am very pleased with the response I received from Jay. My partner and I really appreciate the convenience and quality of Papa Jays and we will continue to be patrons of this establishment and highly recommend this eatery. Just got this with the wife, and hands down this is the best pizza we have had in New England. I’m not a food critic, but I have had a ton of pizza. And this is some of the best.
Not overloaded as to be unwieldy, crust was perfectly crispy and structurally sound, and all the ingredients were perfect. And even though they were busy, it was done in like, 20 minutes.
Incredible work, please keep making pizza like this. This is how it should be done.

Tried for the first time tonight and the food was excellent. The service was great and my order was 100% accurate and VERY fairly priced. 1 pound of tenders and fries for $17.50 is awesome! I saw a handful of 1 star reviews and I have to say those are totally bogus they don’t accurately reflect this place at all. Will order again for sure

Workers are chill, laid back, they don't treat you different than they would a friend which i love, food was good for two years UNTIL i picked up my food the last time i ordered from there and watched the chick by the fryers making some food, help someone because they needed her to exchange money or put money away and then just didn't change her gloves and went back to making the food. i've only worked in restaurants for 15+ years so the just genuine disrespect and disregard for other people is crazy to me lol. i ordered from you guys every week if not every other week so it's crazy someone lacking such common sense can lose such a valuable customer not gonna lie haha especially if a customer is in the store you can't atleast try to be somewhat decent so i'm not disgusted by the food i just spent 60+ dollars on

Tried the rib-eye steak and cheese sub. One of the best tasting steak and cheese subs I've had in a LONG time! No need for salt and pepper. Cheese was perfectly melted and mixed in with the shaved steak.

The pizza is good but could be better. The dough was great, the cheese was great but the sauce was a little bland. I ordered mozzarella sticks and the sauce that came with those seemed to have more flavor so I spread it over my pizza and when I did that, the pizza was really good! Maybe it was just off for the pizza sauce those times but I’ll keep trying it to see…..
The hamburgers are really good, so we’ll make sure to have those every time we order. The ham sandwiches were great as well, that’s one of my go to orders wherever I go and they are really good here.
The onion rings and fries are really good but I’m sure they would be better if I picked up the food myself instead of DoorDash, which takes a while. We are 7.7 miles away so they won’t deliver to us themselves, which I understand.
I think I’ll go there myself next time to pick the food up myself. I’m sure it’ll be fresh and maybe I’ll update my review after I do that.
Also, I noticed the DoorDash menu is different from the menu that they offer (there are more items available if you order directly from them), so I’m excited to order directly from them and pick it up myself to try new items….
Overall, I think Papa Jay’s is really good and will definitely continue ordering from them!!!!

The food wasn’t bad the one time I had it, however I will not order from them. The employees there are very rude and have no manners, if I didn’t have to deal with them I wouldn’t, but I have to at times for work. I have always been nice and respectful, even though they are not, hopefully that maybe one day it will rub off and they will realize smiling is not the difficult.
