This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The seating (on a Saturday night) was extremely prompt, service was above and beyond, the food was stellar and quick. My wife and I are blown away. Thank you for an amazing meal and great conversation!

Hands down the best Italian in the area. From the ambiance to the amazing food to the fantastic service. We love going there and seeing the staff and feel like we've become family over the years. Heck we loved it so much, we got engaged there and the staff helped plan the whole event. We even had our post wedding family dinner in their function room and everyone loved it, even our friends who own an Italian restaurant in northern New Jersey!

If I could give 6 six I would. Most tentative waitstaff I have ever seen in a restaurant in a very long time. Those ladies were a well oiled machine food came out quick and tasted amazing

Meet a friend for lunch, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I got in side and it was busy, I looked around and saw this wonderful display case of delectable deserts, of which I find out is hand made in the restaurant, cakes that made me want to have a piece of all displayed. I got angel hair pasta and meatballs which was fabulous, the best red sauce I have ever had. The service was spot on. If you like Italian food please try this place. For desert I got the gluten free macaroon and peanut butter cookies and they were fantastic.

Patty B's has a piss poor, abuse of elders seating policy. Went with my 90 year old dad. He can barely stand or walk. Patty B's would not seat us until the 3'rd member of our part showed up. That is elder abuse. The food is sub par Italian. There attitude toward elders is inexcusable... shameful

The meal and the service were absolutely incredible. The only issue that I had is, I addedChicken to my fettuccine and the charge for chicken was $7.00. The chicken itself had some fat and there was not a lot of Chicken on the plate. This restaurant is awesome, portions are huge and it is always delicious. I thought $29.00 Chicken Fettuccine was a little high. Still a very loyal customer.

Great place if your looking for an Italian restaurant. Highly recommended in the Dover NH area. Food was outstanding and the wait staff was attentive but not over bearing. Have patience as the place is very popular and it tends to get crowded between 5-8 pm.
This has been our go to spot for Italian. Today was very disappointing. The service was horrible, I got the eggplant parmigiana- which I always get here and is usually delicious. Today, however I am disappointed on numerous levels. The waitress was less than accommodating, then when my meal came out it was so burned the entire eggplant was black. Not crispy, burnt to the point that it was unedible. My husband and I were astonished that they would even try to serve something that disgusting. The waitress was even astonished. So we get our bill - no comp no nothing. To the owner- you have now lost a loyal customer. By not comping a burnt dish of $22.00. You lost future revenue. Poor decision. We will not be returning. To the waitress- you lost a great tip, because we always tip more than 25%. Sad and disappointing.

We went for lunch after reading great reviews but we were disappointed. Arguments between staff in front of us, long wait for food and hardly any protein in our meals. I got the caprese salad with chicken and it had 3 small strips of chicken but my husbands chicken parm sandwich was even more disappointing. It was tough to locate any chicken and should really be called a cheese and sauce sandwich. Overall not worth the $$ and we won’t be back.
