They’ve gone down hill since COVID when they stopped dine in and stopped allowing call ahead orders for holidays. I called at 11:30 and was told they don’t do call ahead any more. So I said I’d call back around 4. They said ok. I called over 100 times. That’s how much I love the food. So after 1.5 hours of trying to call, I decided to just drive the 30 minutes to them and place the order in person. I got there at 5:40 and was told the kitchen was closed and I should have called ahead. When I explained I tried calling for the last 2 hours the guy at the front said “you and all of Dover are”. I said it would help to answer the phone then and he said no, it’s wasting time. No. Wasting time is driving 30 minutes for you to tell me the kitchen is closed at 5:45 when your hours are until 9:30. What a joke. Answer the phone and you’d save yourself from people yelling at you. Or even add a freaking voicemail that says your kitchen is closed.
This is my childhood Asian restaurant. I've gone here for years and years, and I've never had a bad thing on the menu. Never even had a bad bite! I moved away a few years ago, but my partner and I were in the area, so we grabbed a whole mess of food. It's just as good as I remembered. Even slightly cold (after a really long drive), it was absolutely fantastic. My biggest regret is not ordering more!

Many of the complaints are from people expecting a Chinese food place, when that's not what they excel at here, it's nowhere near as bad as they're making it out to be though, the Vietnamese menu is their strongest, but personally I enjoy their sushi quite a bit, and I'm confused what they mean about poor service because the closest I ever see to that is just that they're working quick, but the prices are exceptional, the portions are really quite good, and the only real issues is people not understanding it's called Saigon and Tokyo for a reason, I love it here though and always get a sushi deluxe to celebrate stuff or cheer myself up, plus they regularly deliver in under 20 minutes, a few days ago they were here in only 12

Without a doubt the worst Chinese food I've ever had. First they box the crab Rangoon in with the rice and meal, so forget about a crispy appetizer. I now have a soggy piece of dough. So I thought, oh well, I'll pop it in the air fryer and crisp it up. So then I tried it and it was basically like eating an onion. No crab or cream cheese taste at all. So again, oh well, let's move on to the General Tso's Chicken. I guess I shouldn't have been shocked. I'm not sure what kind of chicken they use, but it was stringy, tough and inedible. Never again. Avoid the place unless you like throwing food away you just paid for.

Used to be good when they were open for dine in as well. I’ve gotten pho here a good amount of times after and the meat always has an old rotten taste now.
Take out only since COVID and really miss the dining experience there. The food isn't the same as it was, and we tend to go to a different location now.
Super nice staff, every time I come in. I've tried other Asian restaurants and this place always wins! I get take out at least twice a week, sometimes 3 times. The variety is so amazing.

Fair price, best in town
Ordered through DoorDash. Out of all the Vietnamese restaurants we’ve ever ordered from, both in the US and in Vietnam, this was the first that does NOT include basil with their pho. They charged an additional fee for basil. Mostly pho noodles, very little meat in their portions.
My husband got the chicken lo mien. Flavor was good but there were random surprise hard bits, maybe bones from chicken?

Every time we order the food is delicious, the portions are huge, and the employees are delightful!
Vegetarian options: So many options and very clearly marked. Choices for vegetarian broth, too!
Dietary restrictions: Very attentive to celiac's needs. I feel really safe ordering here.
