Used to be the best Chinese food in the area. Ordered take out tonight. So disappointed. Walked in and saw tables stacked on each other, chairs in a pile that looked like a frat bonfire and dimly lit like a really cheap haunted house. Nice old Asian women comes out from (I guess) the kitchen and says she’s all alone there with the cook. Anyways, got home and the food was horrible. I understand it’s a Tuesday night and probably not busy until Friday, but the food tasted like it was prepared a week ago. Boneless spare ribs were so dry you had to tear them with you teeth like you do with jerky, crab rangoons were at least a week old and the chicken teriyaki was fused to the sticks. No matter how bad the establishments are that I review, I can always find something good to say. Unfortunately, tonight’s visit to this establishment there’s nothing good to say. Except maybe; Nice Job on creating an environment that can be used for a Criminal Minds episode

Always great food. The menu is HUGE, there is something for everyone! I love spicy, but my husband prefers mild and they always accommodate us. J-lo bowl is my favorite item on the menu!

The sushi has really gone downhill. I ordered two rolls, they had a very fishy smell and no flavor, which shouldn't happen with good quality seafood. Even the pickled ginger had no ginger bite whatsoever. Won't be ordering here again.

Walked in to the smell of chemicals. The owner had left paint cans or cleaning supplies next to the entrance. The fumes can’t be good! Also they either don’t have AC anymore or are too frugal to turn it on so when I walked in the door was wide open and it was very humid/hot inside. Wouldn’t that attract flies? Hopefully was just a one time thing, but I worry they’re prioritizing volume and deliveries and cutting corners hoping no one cares.

Got beef rice noodle. Half of the beef in the container was ice cold and smelled like fish. I didn’t dare to eat it. Be careful what you eat from here.

My favorite restaurant in Dover. Came back to visit family after 6 years and the food is just as good as the day I left.

I order delivery from here probably once every week or two. The staff is super nice and the delivery is fast. The food is awesome and super reasonable. This is my favorite Asian restaurant and takeout spot in the area

Funky vibe at the restaurant now… we visited a few years ago and it was great, now it looks like a storage locker and smells terrible. Take out only. I would recommend that anyone interested to keep on driving.
They’ve gone down hill since COVID when they stopped dine in and stopped allowing call ahead orders for holidays. I called at 11:30 and was told they don’t do call ahead any more. So I said I’d call back around 4. They said ok. I called over 100 times. That’s how much I love the food. So after 1.5 hours of trying to call, I decided to just drive the 30 minutes to them and place the order in person. I got there at 5:40 and was told the kitchen was closed and I should have called ahead. When I explained I tried calling for the last 2 hours the guy at the front said “you and all of Dover are”. I said it would help to answer the phone then and he said no, it’s wasting time. No. Wasting time is driving 30 minutes for you to tell me the kitchen is closed at 5:45 when your hours are until 9:30. What a joke. Answer the phone and you’d save yourself from people yelling at you. Or even add a freaking voicemail that says your kitchen is closed.
This is my childhood Asian restaurant. I've gone here for years and years, and I've never had a bad thing on the menu. Never even had a bad bite! I moved away a few years ago, but my partner and I were in the area, so we grabbed a whole mess of food. It's just as good as I remembered. Even slightly cold (after a really long drive), it was absolutely fantastic. My biggest regret is not ordering more!

Many of the complaints are from people expecting a Chinese food place, when that's not what they excel at here, it's nowhere near as bad as they're making it out to be though, the Vietnamese menu is their strongest, but personally I enjoy their sushi quite a bit, and I'm confused what they mean about poor service because the closest I ever see to that is just that they're working quick, but the prices are exceptional, the portions are really quite good, and the only real issues is people not understanding it's called Saigon and Tokyo for a reason, I love it here though and always get a sushi deluxe to celebrate stuff or cheer myself up, plus they regularly deliver in under 20 minutes, a few days ago they were here in only 12
