Silver Fountain Inn & Tea Parlor

We spent 2 nights at the vintage inn and tea house while on vacation. This inn was built in 1871, and as you can imagine there are lots of antiques and vintage furniture throughout, almost to excess. Kim the inn keeper is very service oriented and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The best part of our stay was meeting Gerri, Kim’s breakfast assistant! She is hilarious and an absolute gem! We had a very nice stay at the inn.

This place is a little slice of heaven, well worth the price, beautiful house, beautiful rooms, excellent staff, fun, cozy, intimate, and beautiful setting. Truly I felt like a king and it was a great surprise gift for my girlfriend. 10/10 would come again ;)

Kim and the amazing staff took such good care of us this month during a one night stay traveling through New England. The attention to detail, the delicious teas and included breakfast were superb. We stayed in the luxurious Boudoir on the first floor, which couldn't have been more cozy–plus the in/out convenience to the tea parlor and front door were a big bonus! Thank you for having us, and for the over-the-top hospitality from arrival to departure! We can't wait to return!

What a wonderful experience we had. The teas were outstanding, the service punctual and the food was delicious. We had the 3 tier, Duchess with a pot of Spicy Chai tea and the SFI Special. They were so good we bought loose leaf tea for home! The savory dishes were spot on and the desserts were decadent. We can't wait to go back.

A great place for a fancy occasion or just a fun relaxing get-away lunch. Brought 3 friends who had never been to Silver fountain, and they all loved it too.

The service was exceptional; the ambiance is amazing in this beautiful, historic inn. It was decorated in a lovely manner. The food was delish-- perfect for a lovely luncheon. The tea choices were extensive. The gardens were also fun to explore. We will be back!

Always a great afternoon tea with family & friends at Silver Fountain. Love the theme teas. They are always so fun and the parlor is always decorated nicely. The food is great as well as the selection of teas.

I highly recommend the tea service here! The owner was lovely and attentive with beautiful details everywhere and a wonderful selection of teas and treats, plus Gluten Free options!! We'll definitely be back.

Such an enjoyable place for tea. Plus an extraordinary list of teas to choose from. Everything was very tasty and the hostess was a lot of fun. The Apple spice scone was especially good. And I loved the savory tier. Came close to 5 stars on everything but just not quite there on the soup and the dessert tier- very, very close, but 4 stars on those
