I called and asked if they have the bacon Gouda and they said yes, the inside was closed, waited in the drive trough at the screen no one said a word for 5 minutes so we go to the window, then this girl says next time wait at the screen (ok so maybe actually speak), and to top it all off they gave of 3 of the wrong sandwich’s I want my money and time back

Why are you closing at 3pm when it says you are open until 8? If you are closing five hours early, you should let people know ahead of time, and not kick them out 10 minutes before you decide to close.

Simple, grande mocha with NO WHIP..... I got whip and only half a cup of a 7.00 coffee. You suck
Went through drive thru today and Ordered the only thing I ever order from Starbucks When I get to the window, the girl tries to hand me a grande instead of venti - the order I repeated to her twice tell her this is supposed to be a Venti for the third time then I hear in the background saying “she definitely didn’t say venti” before you do your drugs in the morning, clean your ears and don’t blame the customer for your lack of ability or lack of listening
this is the only bad experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks ever in my entire life and I only go to Starbucks Almost 20 years that has a lot to say for Starbucks and zero to say for this ignorant girl

this is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to!!!! I first asked for my drink and they made it wrong and then they remade it for me and they put pumpkin syrup in it when I’m literally allergic to pumpkin. This is absolutely ridiculous. The people were so rude and made me feel so unwelcome I will never be going back here and I recommend a different Starbucks.

Ordered a strawberry refresher with light ice and extra strawberries. What they gave me was not that. They gave me lots of ice, and barely any strawberries to the point where I’d say I want more, and they only gave me a little bit more. I even asked for extra strawberries in a cup, but they did not give it to me. Unreal! Un freaking real.
