I only occasionally go here to grab orders for my wife and literally every single time. I try to get myself a simple iced coffee they screw up the order. Right now, I’m about a minute away from the Starbucks and there’s no ice in my coffee Scratch that there’s like three ice cubes floating on top There’s no sweetener and I’m assuming it’s because they didn’t put the cream. I asked for Emmett and they got an attitude when I told them it was supposed to have cream.

Absolute joke. I just went through the drive-thru and ordered a grande caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino and, without exaggerating at all, there was 10% coffee and 90% whipped cream.
Absolutely unacceptable for a $7 drink. I expect someone to reach out to me to make this right otherwise Starbucks has lost a customer for life because this is, quite frankly, idiotic and I don't know how a human being with eyes could make a mistake like this.
Response to Owner Response: I can’t speak for everyone, but asking for a remake while still in the drive-through line feels like playing food-roulette with your own drink. It’s practically begging for a frustrated worker to add some “extra flavor.” (aka spit or something else gross). I get a laugh out of how innocently you underestimate that unspoken social rule most of us instinctively follow—the one that says: don’t push your luck with fast food employees that have complete control over your meal, but likely no control over their emotions.

Your employees should NOT ask me if I want my change back when I pay with cash. They are basically asking me for my money at this point which is rude, unprofessional, and off-putting. For $6 coffees, you should be able to pay them a good enough wage to not have them panhandle their customers. If I get asked again what I want to do with MY money, I'll take my business down the road to DDs.
