Only my third time going to Starbucks but didn't feel welcomed at all I asked questions about some of their drinks they acted like they didn't know the answers didn't say thanku fir comming in made me feel like I was taking to long with my husband wasn't to happy at this visit at allKid-friendliness: I believe its kid friendliness but not sure

Went through the drive thru on 4/6 at 6:17pm and had a less than great experience. I ordered a frapp with extra whip cream. I watched the person making the drink add the whip cream and hand the drink to the girlWorking the window. I then see the girl working the window grab my drink and BLOW OFF the excess whip cream coming out of the top. I was disgusted as anyone would be to see this happening. I asked for the drink to be remade and told the girl I saw you blow off the whip cream on my drink please can I have another one made. I didn’t get any “I’m sorry for doing that” or “i think you might have misunderstood the situation” or any excuse as to why she did that, but I got nothing. when it came time to hand me my new drink, she had the person making the drinks hand it to me not herself, I’m assuming she knew what she did was extremely wrong. Even after having a new drink made I didn’t even want to drink that one as I was so disgusted , that would be completely unacceptable pre-Covid, and even more Unacceptable post Covid when this has been one of the worst cold and flu seasons we’ve had in a while. I don’t know what possessed this girl to blow on, near, around someone’s beverage that they are going to consume, but that is absolutely not OK. I will never be coming back to this Starbucks, as I do not feel comfortable drinking anything made by the employees that work here.

Quick with the drinks, good place to have a small meeting. The space is tiny and not as inviting as a small coffee shop. It's all hard chairs to keep you from staying long. Still works in a pinch.

I Love the foods and drink but not the service. Because it always busy...the employees couldn't keep up fast enough. I had to wait there only 1 croasant for half hr. Service it never been fast enough everytime I went there.

Went to puck up a Doordash order this evening and upon arriving to the store, I found the door locked, drive-thru speaker off and the 3 girls working were standing behind the counter chatting. This was 10 min before close. I knocked on the window and held up my Doordash app. The larger woman yelled something then shut the lights off. Not my fault the customer ordered prior to close.Staff shouldn't accept the order if they don't want to make the item.

Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been into. Service was substandard, and they were out of all nondairy, milks, except oat, which I obviously don’t like.
