I have been coming here since Tawny and Nicole opened the store back before the pandemic. They have a lovely local atmosphere, they know our names, we know theirs. They know what we order. Their breakfast food is so good and they have a wide variety of pastries. Their cold brew is my favorite drink to get.

What a pleasant surprise. I stopped in this morning after a work detour. This is a quaint place, with friendly service and delicious food. I had a bacon, egg, & cheese croissant with hot chai tea. Yum! Today's luncheon special was egg salad with bacon on artesian bread. I just had to try that as well. I ordered it to go and paired the sandwich with their fresh brewed iced tea.The place was bright and cheery. The restroom was spotless. In addition to a great eatery, they offer catering as well. The Sunrise Pounte Cafe is a great find. I can't wait to return.

We had my daughter in law baby shower there and I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Nicole, Tawny and staff are wonderful people to work with. The food was superb the place was immaculate. The tables were nicely put together with the color napkins and tablecloths we chose. They were very accommodating and helped with the decorations we brought in. Thank you for everything. Diane DE

Pricey! We ate inside! Nice clean, cafe type atmosphere! Not many tables ! Less than 10 tables for sure! My large coffee was served in a plastic 16oz Solo type cup for $2.95. I was surprised at the size of the cup and asked if, in fact, it really was a large, and was told yes it was! I made a comment about the size looking like a kiddie size, and apparently, they considered that I was being rude! After we sat down, I asked for a coffee refill. The employee was not sure if refills were included! When I said, "Wait a minute, you work here, and you don't know if refills are included! She reported to her boss that I was being rude again! So the boss angrily came to our table to tell me that, in fact, refills are NOT included! So I said, "How do you expect to get return customers?" At this point, she offered to take back our food and give us our money back because of my so-called rudeness! In other words, we were being kicked out!During the ordering process at the register, the price that the register charged for an Acai bowl was more than what the sign said. When we asked about that, they excused the mistake to a recent change in prices without the sign being changed! They immediately took down the sign and still charged us the new higher price! You know how these days we're asked to leave a tip for the cashier? Stupidly, we gave a $5 tip BEFORE we knew what we were in for! I really enjoyed the bagel sandwich, but it was quite small! All in all, with only one coffee for the two of us, the Acai Bowl and a bagel sandwich, the bill was more than $30! Not a happy camper!Parking: Lots of spaces available this Sunday late morning!

Very happy that Sunshine Cafe was recommended while I had an hour to kill...what a gem! Finally some good Americano coffee along with a lot of goodies.....breakfast sandwiches made fresh with various muffins along with other items to eat. They have a great seating area outside with a few tables. The staff is exceptional too...so thrilled this place is near my hair salon (Cause Hair Salon recommended)....now I can have a great cup of coffee while getting my hair cut...highly recommend.
