The food was delicious and staff was very friendly. I would definitely go back if I’m going to NH
One of the worst biryanis I have eaten in ISA, they just added chilli powder if you ask for spicy, no salt also… when we asked them what is this chili powder… One of the owner told to eat it or leave the food and go away…. Worst and rude behavior by owner… They don’t even know how to make biryani
Good food delicious
Welcome atmosphere and fantastic food! The staff was very friendly and even suggested a dish for me which I enjoyed. Spice level was a perfect hot.
Tried many years ago because of a classroom project we had in school, finally went back tonight to actually get food and it was delicious!
This is one of my favorite places to grab lunch or go on a date for dinner! The inside of the restaurant features both booths as well as table & chair seating. The lighting is warm and special consideration has been taken for the decore. It just has great ambiance!
I've not gotten anything on the menu that I have not liked. I'm especially fond of their Kormas, their Tikka Masala and their Spiced Potato Nan.
They also offer smaller portions for lunch if you're on a budget. And their food is great for takeout, as you don't have to rush home to be able to enjoy it. It's the best??
Vegetarian options: Their Chana Masala comes to mind and it's awesome! But they have many options that are vegetarian. Including vegetarian appetizers.
Parking: Classic Dover parking situation. There are several parking spots on the side street infront of the restaurant. As well as more parking spots if you pull in across from the homes. All spots require you to pay and place a receipt in your windshield. Unless you are disabled & have a disability placard. Then the first 2x hours of parking are free.

This is genuinely my favorite Indian restaurant I have ever been to. My family has been getting it since my childhood and it represent so much comfort deliciousness and good memories. They have never failed me, every time is a perfect delicious experience that makes my week. Every time I end up stuffing my self to the brink of explosion because I literally cannot get enough. Taste of India is amazing I could not recommend more! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I ordered Chicken shahi Korma, and garlic naan. I was honestly not very happy with what I received.
The garlic naan, was in fact not garlic naan but plain naan. I was surprised they did not even put ghee or cilantro on the naan ethier. It was large in size, served in halfs. Not bad but not what I expected.
The shahi korma was a major disappointment. The dish itself was very watered down, so much so it would not stick to the fork. I didn’t see anything in dish (nuts/raisins) just some orange liquified watery broth and chicken. The chicken itself was almost rubbery not true tandor. To say flavor was lacking is an understatement. I asked for hot. It was hot but as if they added liquid chili and flakes in the dish instead of real chilis as well. Considering I paid a premium compared to my usual spot Im very disappointed. High expectations but honestly I Couldn’t even eat it.
The rice was almost rubbery as well. I’m not sure if they are using a blender and microwave to make the the food but my dish at least tasted that way. For the same $32 I spent I could have gotten two of the same dish done the right way at my normal spot.

this could be the most americanised Indian food ever and I’d still love it. it’s hard to find better service anywhere. the spice level is goes up to Indian Hot and it will burn your behind in the morning, which I consider a win. Do yourself a favor and go here

I've had several different lamb curries and naan breads (take-out only) and all has been amazing! Flavors and spices are always a delightful experience. I haven't been disappointed and would like to dine-in to get the best experience. Also, medium spiciness is quite spicey, but in the best way! Mild is good for the majority and hot is probably too hot for the average person.

I don’t know much about “traditional” true Indian food…some of the reviews say it’s not traditional. I just know what I’ve had in the NH area. This place has good food, it’s clean & service is great!
