We frequent this establishment in other areas and tried the Dover location recently. We like the food. When I went in the door I almost fell on my face. The door has a lip that is not marked. Not one person said anything to me. Ok, not great, but moving forward we waited in line with a few others for at least 5 minutes. No one said a word to us. No, hold on one minute, no, I'll be right with you, nothing. A little disappointed in the human element. So, we went somewhere else that day. Maybe some customer service training would help.

The food is amazing! The smoothies are a little sweet and feel more like a dessert but the smoothie bowls are perfect meals! It’s gotten to the point where my dogs beg to lick the container when I’m done! So delicious! The staff is amazing, the restaurant is always impeccably clean, and the food is always picture perfect! I’ve been a repeat customer and will continue to be so!
