I do go here I like their matzoh ball soup. I also like that childish my wife and I usually get a shot and split a sandwich and a Diet Coke. I find it affordable and friendly and clean. We'd like to sit by the window and watch the people go bye

First visit and not the last Great culinary and wine pairing experience. Everything was right and delicious. I loved the kindness and humility of the chef and his team, as well as their real love for the products and willingness to share their passion. Bravo encore

Stages is an experience not to be missed by anybody who truly appreciates dining at its finest. To be able to sit “in the kitchen” and observe the master chefs as they prepare and exquisitely present course after course is a real treat. The varied combinations of ingredients provide for an amazing journey through what is possible when great chefs are free to take dining to its highest level. This is not a restaurant for those who are looking for huge portions, and perhaps doggy bag to boot. Rather, it is a delightful two-hour dining experience presented by chefs who are talented, passionate, and engaging. We were a party of four, in the kitchen which will accommodate six guests, and were unanimous in our glowing accolades for the food and experience. Two from our party were from NYC and have experienced several three-star Michelin restaurants. They were quick to point out that Stages was on par with all of them.

The restaurant has an amazing ambience ; the food was creative , original , tasty and , at times , sublime. The wine list was eclectic and Bernardette - the host and sommelier - was attentive , warm and knowledgeable. The chefs were engaged and made the experience well worth it . Should be a Michelin star restaurant ! We will be back !

Finally made it to Stages, and glad I did. This is a special dining experience which I find enjoyable, but realize it might not be for everybody. Think Omikase, where what you eat is left up to the chef. Reading older reviews, it seems that a list of ingredients used to be presented, but that was not the case for us, we were only asked about allergies. We started by enjoying a cocktail in the front living room, and then invited to sit at the chef's counter and begin an epicurean journey. No menu is presented, and the chefs begin cooking and present you with one beautiful and delicious plate after another. Chef Evan and his helper are clearly very talented and make the preparation and plating look easy, but the flavors, textures and combinations are complex, and it doesn't all come together by chance. We've experienced this type of dining a few other times at other venues, and feel that it truly is a rare experience and I think worth the time and expense. If you have an opportunity to book, I strongly recommend you give this a try.

Chef Hennessey generously and enthusiastically shares his art and the fact that he loves what he does is evident. Stories about where ingredients are sourced, the logic behind pairings, and tidbits about his evolution as a chef are shared from the open kitchen, all while he meticulously plates every plate and hand delivers each course to every guest. Fully embrace the experience and allow him to pair wines for you. No menus, no choices, no control - let go and trust, receive what is given, and you will leave rewarded and grateful for having been part of something special.

This food truck came to my work. Paid 7 bucks for "corn chowdah." Expecting creamy New England style. It was green. With mushrooms and peppers and stuff in it. Not chowder. More like weird soup with TONS of pepper in it. Not good.

AMAZING soups. Best vegan chili I've ever had. Hands down. The chili has hints of espresso and chocolate, which are two if my favorite things. They give it a really unique flavor. The chowder is great too. It's not often in the New England area I get to have vegan chowder, and I pounced on the opportunity when I saw this food truck stand. I highly recommend trying anything they have if you get the chance!
