Living in Dover the coupons are sent directly, so me and a friend went and I enjoyed BOGO chicken strips, excellent value since one was free and my friend always likes the 4 for $4, we ate in and the new remodeled dining room was very pleasing and inviting, busy. Food was hot, prepared as ordered satisfying, I took home the second order, and wonder why the other 2 big chains cannot duplicate this experience- not even close. First tried Wendys in Columbus 1976 and hooked since then. Africa is a nice lady but she was off that day. Well worth going every day and if they came to work (kittery) would have this choice. Nice job-thanks Dave Thomas, your work lives on in these restaurants. Like Portsmouth too. Still my go to even with other choices nearby-between heavy discounts with mailed coupons and superior product-the BOGO for a $1 more-still around $8.00 for both-no one else comes close-hot, fresh, filling. The $1 Honey chicken biscuit a real bargain, and with coffee $3. total. My friend had the 4 for 4 and I brought a coupon for a free Single.

I just ordered online and got a grilled chicken wrap. I was really looking forward to it and I shouldn't have been surprised when i bit into it and got Dried out inedible chicken, scarce at that. And definitely not extra ranch like I asked for. Normally I wouldn't care but this is the third time this has happened. Im done giving this wendys a chance and I suggest you avoid it yourself if you want edible food.

My grilled chicken wrap had exceptionally dry chicken. So dry it's was actually sharp, brittle, and painful to swallow. To add, I ordered it without cheese, and received it absolutely covered in cheese.
The chili is like soup. They tear beef patties into large chunks and toss them into tomato soup. Take just a little time and effort and finely chop up the beef patties into very small pieces. That's what will give the chili a thicker consistency and make it a chili, not a soup. You shouldn't need a customer to tell you how to prepare something so simple.
If you're the manager of this restaurant and reading this, take pride in your work and your leadership role. It's on you to make improvements, improve your store's reviews, and teach your employees the value of doing a good job, and being proud of their successes. Right now, I feel no one here cares, and that's due to poor, or no leadership.

I love that's fast food, but I can always get a salad that's fresh, and with friendly service.
If I could give no stars I would. I went through the drive through with my kids and order us dinner. I spent 64 dollars. They handed me the drinks and a bag of food. I left once I got home to feed my kids I realized almost all of my food was missing. I then called them explaining the situation they said I could come back. When I get there I’m told yeah we remember packing up this order and REFUSED to give me my children and i’s food. I called the police and was told there’s nothing I can do until customer service opens on Monday. To tell you I’m one pissed off momma is an understatement. DO NOT GO TO DOVER WENDYS!!!!! They are rude and keep your food with no refund. 0 stars
