i ordered 4 meals for me and my friends. we were missing a fry and her burger had ketchup on it when she asked for none. so we went back through. this guy with a man bun (no hair net or anything mind you) was working and gave us a bunch of attitude through the speaker. while driving up to the window my friend checked her burger and found a hair in her burger. she asked for her burger to be remade and showed the worker the hair. he snatched the burger out of her hand and yelled at us to pull up to the gate to wait and he slammed the window shut in our face. he gave us both burgers remade and still no fry. the other guy that was working and brought it out to us the second time tho was much nicer and actually had manners

I take no joy in saying this as I have loved Wendy’s for my whole life and have gone to this specific Wendy’s for several years no with no problems. But as seems to be common with all fast food restaurants as of the past few years, the quality has nosedived. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and the meat was gummy, almost un-eatable. The junior bacon cheeseburger which is my go to item was almost room temp when I got it at the drive thru and the meat was just low quality, just by look, feel and taste. Also the transition from real pieces of lettuce to shredded lettuce seems like a small change but is a clear calling card of a company trying to shave more money where they can at the expense of quality. No issues with the employees, the ordering at the drive thru was quick and painless. This is an ongoing issue of demanding higher and higher costs for rapidly declining quality. Will be my last Wendy’s trip for a good while I fear.

Poorly run wendys, also the lemonade machine needs to be cleaned or something it tastes like chlorine or some other toxin. I have gotten the lemonade multiple times over a period of months from this location and it has remained poisonous.
Took almost 30 minutes to get thru the drive thru. Not good!

Went to Wendy’s drive thru. All I wanted was a lemonade. I waited at the speaker for several minutes but no one spoke to take my order. I finally just drove up to the window and waited behind a car that was at the window. When it was my turn, I drove up to the window. A woman opened the window and asked me if I was all set. I said no, that no one took my order. She said “oh his headset is dead, he’ll be back in a few minutes”. Then slammed the window shut before I could speak and walked away. Why didn’t she just take my order at the window? Did she expect me to drive all the way around again and go to the speaker? Disgusted, I drove away with nothing.

In the 10 times I have ordered delivery through the Wendy’s app at this location I have not once gotten an order that is not missing items I ordered (paid for) and almost every time I do not get any sauces I asked for, tonight my order was missing my frosty, my hot sauces I requested for my 2 chilis, the cheese I paid to have on my chili, and the sour cream that was supposed to be with my baked potato. I have contacted DoorDash the last time and tonight, all they do is offer a partial refund to which last time I never even received we will see if I get it this time. I have eaten in the store several times and frequently have to go back up to get items I was not given the incompetence is infuriating.

Living in Dover the coupons are sent directly, so me and a friend went and I enjoyed BOGO chicken strips, excellent value since one was free and my friend always likes the 4 for $4, we ate in and the new remodeled dining room was very pleasing and inviting, busy. Food was hot, prepared as ordered satisfying, I took home the second order, and wonder why the other 2 big chains cannot duplicate this experience- not even close. First tried Wendys in Columbus 1976 and hooked since then. Africa is a nice lady but she was off that day. Well worth going every day and if they came to work (kittery) would have this choice. Nice job-thanks Dave Thomas, your work lives on in these restaurants. Like Portsmouth too. Still my go to even with other choices nearby-between heavy discounts with mailed coupons and superior product-the BOGO for a $1 more-still around $8.00 for both-no one else comes close-hot, fresh, filling. The $1 Honey chicken biscuit a real bargain, and with coffee $3. total. My friend had the 4 for 4 and I brought a coupon for a free Single.

I just ordered online and got a grilled chicken wrap. I was really looking forward to it and I shouldn't have been surprised when i bit into it and got Dried out inedible chicken, scarce at that. And definitely not extra ranch like I asked for. Normally I wouldn't care but this is the third time this has happened. Im done giving this wendys a chance and I suggest you avoid it yourself if you want edible food.
