If I could give no stars I would. I went through the drive through with my kids and order us dinner. I spent 64 dollars. They handed me the drinks and a bag of food. I left once I got home to feed my kids I realized almost all of my food was missing. I then called them explaining the situation they said I could come back. When I get there I’m told yeah we remember packing up this order and REFUSED to give me my children and i’s food. I called the police and was told there’s nothing I can do until customer service opens on Monday. To tell you I’m one pissed off momma is an understatement. DO NOT GO TO DOVER WENDYS!!!!! They are rude and keep your food with no refund. 0 stars

Went to the drive-through and the kid handing me my drinks didn’t even wipe them off. Both drinks were wet from when they spilled over during fill up. I ordered a chicken sandwich also which wasn’t even hot and the only piece of lettuce on there was the bottom stem. Last two times I was here quality also was down. Not sure what’s going on at this location.

Drove thru service not very good. My order took 3 attempts and it was still incorrect. Overpaid since items on my receipt were missing.

Food was freshly made but it was so busy and they were behind on orders. Staff were apologetic and genuinely nice even though the customers were frustrated.

The kid working the front counter was incredibly rude to not just myself but the lady behind me. Definitely needs an attitude check. Unfortunately he was also packing the to go Orders so my entire order was shoved into one small bag(2 chillies and a double burger)not enough room left for the crackers or spoons, let alone napkins and I had the pleasure of having to hold my order the entire drive to keep the chili from spilling all over my seat. Guy in front of me. 3 bags and 4 drinks, and the employee looked further dejected when he asked for a cup holder since he couldn't possibly carry all that without one. Food was subpar, smooshed, and as is the new standard grossly overpriced. Edit-And rather than the diced onion in the chili, I get the whole round slice that goes on the burgers
Last 3 times of ordering the crispy chicken BLT the buns were stale and fell apart. The food is delicious but messy to eat

Placed a mobile order for breakfast and was told that they were unable to fill it because it was 1031 and they stop breakfast at 1030. I drove a half hour to get here with three kids under 5 all excited for French toast sticks. Was not so much as offered an alternative by the manager unfortunately. I am very bummed as I usually have had good experiences here.
