Waited in line for 45 minutes for a mobile order because the lobby was closed, finally got my food and food was forgotten. Knocked on the door, an employee told me to go through the drive thru, showed him I already had food and said I was missing food then everyone disappeared. Waited 5 more minutes before walking up to the drive thru just to be told to use the lobby, said the door was locked and an employee ignored me, she told me "calm down". I won't be going back.

the rudest staff you will encounter in Dover or the whole region. They need to be replaced with friendly, competent individuals. Half-filled fries, watery shameful slab of iceburg lettuce, odd tasting soggy nuggets, with a side of major "I hate my job and life" attitudes.

Sunday feb 25th 2024, 6.15pm.By far the worst experience I've ever had at a drive through.3 staff members were outside smoking something, the drive through did not start moving again until they went back inside. It took 25 minutes for them to serve 4 cars.They did not confirm the order or display it on the screen so it was no surprise that the order was wrong. Burger patties were somehow both cold and burnt. Fries were cold and undercooked. No ketchup even though the guy at the drive through window said it was in the bag. 1 straw for 3 drinks. The diet coke was slightly brown carbonated water.I know Wendy's doesn't pay well enough to have staff that cares at all, but this was beyond a joke. Someone is going to get sick from the lack of standards here. This location should be shut by corporate.

I work here so I hate everything about it while I'm there lol but it's true, fresh NEVER frozen meat. I will say that the management play favorites and don't dish out fair treatment when it comes to coworkers or employees. That includes the GM as well as the assistant manager. And once you show that you are one of the VERY FEW employees with actual work ethic, you're pretty much doing the jobs of 3 people, creating that expectation that you always will no matter what. So if you're employed there, don't a allow them to get away with expecting YOU to work when everyone else is messing around on their phone or playing with themselves, whatever work that they're NOT starting OR completing. Other than that, the place to eat at is decent and I honestly believe that it MAY BE better than McDonald's.... which I never thought I'd say..Parking: Behind the building, before drive thru, is known to be "employee parking"
