My wife and I went here last night directly after work. It was my last day at my old job, and we wanted to get a couple drinks to celebrate. We got one beer each, and then my wife was cut off by the waitress. We were so thrown off by this. We weren’t loud or obnoxious. We questioned her on why, and she said “I don’t know where you’ve been before here”. It was literally her first drink of the night. My wife emailed the establishment addressing the issue, and got a response stating that “our staff is highly trained in signs of intoxication”. I’m sorry, but they’re absolutely not. I understand liability and all that, but the only reason we’re as upset as we are is because we’re being genuinely truthful. The food is delicious, but this experience left a bad taste in our mouths. We won’t be returning

I understand being understaffed as I also work in the restaurant industry but when we sit and wait 12 minutes just to get drinks while we see others sat after us get there order taken and drinks arrived before ours. When I asked one of the servers about it he just gave me attitude and told us they were understaffed… food atleast taste good but by other recent reviews as well something needs to be done about the service.

Great concept and great food if you catch it on a lucky day but unfortunately very inconsistent. We order from here at least once a month because they’re some of my favorite fries. We’ve had to go back the last 3 times due to mistakes in our very simple orders without any special requests. The latest time was opening to $18 worth of basically raw fries when their menu describes them as “double cooked”. We called and had to go back for new fries. The new fries were cooked a little better but still nowhere near their usual. Like I say, the food can be incredible on a good day. It’s just becoming less worth the gamble of if the order will be correct.

I wish there was a drink category that I could give 6 stars. Their drink specials are amazing, and their specialty cocktails are out of this world. Their chicken wings are hit-or-miss, which is a bit disappointing for a chicken spot, but I believe that's outweighed by the friendly staff, tasty apps, and excellent drinks.
I was signed up for "Wing-Itz - Dover Rewards, Powered by Toast" despite my never having visited or purchased anything from them. I had never heard of this company until I was without my permission signed up for this service and texted.

Pretty good. Onion rings not frozen, shrimp good. ff very good, and I do tell them brown, not soggy. Bit expensive, but so ist everything. Wish they'd put specials on board or window so I could see from street. Might go more.
Ate some tenders here and poutine. Server was exceptionally nice, we conversed for a bit as I chose to sit next to the server station (I work in the industry and it's where I'm most comfortable sitting). Definitely recommend the food- tenders were cooked nicely, came out hot and tasted delicious. The poutine was also good and also hot.
It was my third time coming to the Dover location, being right around the corner from where I live. I had Lisa as my server, who was training under Ian & both were amazing. I’d ordered the 15 wings with 5 of the Sweet Sin & 10 Garlic Parmesan, but the numbers for each were reversed when they came out. A mistake, yes, but Lisa did fine & I appreciate her service. She & Ian made up for it with an additional 5 wings of the Garlic Parmesan. Overall, they still did an awesome job. This place is awesome & I have no complaints whatsoever. Keep up the good work, guys!

The service was excellent.Lauren is awesome, she has a super friendly and upbeat personality. She gave very attentive service. Cam was also awesome - our food was served timely and he was quick to respond and help out. We enjoyed our meal with our friends in a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
So I visited the area to do a class with Sig and visited my father, and we came here this evening. And hot doggy damn, this place was great, the waitress was fantastic, food was outstanding. Legit good wings and sauces and fries blow your pants off well. It's worth a visit if you haven't been yet.
