We have had amazing food and delicious drinks in a really quaint, special atmosphere many times before. We all got different food and loved ALL of it! Oysters, scallops, duck, steak, salad, shrimp and more! I recommend it all. The ONLY reason I can't give it 5 stars is because it has been SO SLOW getting the food our more than a few times now. Last time, we sat and waited an hour to get our entrée. Apps took more than 30 minutes. Too good of a spot with great food to have these type off issues...

2 day getaway from the moment we registered with sweet Jennifer oh my..she gave us a tour.showed us the menu for that evening. she is si knowledgeable and friendly our carriage room #2 was so homey..2 comfy chairs for reading 📚 fridge.coffee bar right outside the room..we can't wait to return.. food delicious 😋 the grands were immaculate!!! ty for a relaxing stay!!

Went for the oyster special
It’s not the same price as advertised
Anyway, orders a couple dozen and waited 35 minutes to be told they were out of oysters

Then we were ignored by the waitress for the rest of the meal

Food was good and nice atmosphere but lacked service and whatever happened with the oysters that’s advertised all over town

As locals we have visited Max’a at Snowvillage Inn many times and often enjoyed the food and experience. Tonight they knocked it out of the park! Our server Natalie was knowledgeable and personable beyond what most waitstaff offer!! We had the Oysters, Wedge Salad and Charcuterie and they were all well executed! But the Pistachio Crusted Halibut special was beyond perfect. Cooked to perfection with the right amount of t of seasoning and accompaniments. Thank you Natalie and Chef Josh!

Had dinner reservations, seated promptly, great atmosphere and people, owner was very nice and our waitress was excellent. Food was delicious and perfectly prepared. The venison was delicious.

Super cozy rooms, really nice people running the place. Great grounds, with flower gardens and a beautiful view. The food and the service in the restaurant were the only things lacking - but we'll be back.

Loved the unique dining experience.

I loved the peace and serenity of the Snowvillage Inn. The owners of this quaint little inn are so wonderful and kind. The restaurant is excellent and the food is great. Hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful supper at Max's. My duck and garlic potatoes were cooked to perfection. My companion was delighted with his choice, as well. The atmosphere was welcoming. There are gorgeous views from both the dining area and inn. Lizzy did amazing serving our table. Fabulous place to visit and to dine at.
