Ordered our food and the door was locked at 8:20 and the line went all the way to the road. I’m not sure what full staff is, but there are five of them in there not sure what the holdup is.

Pulled into the parking lot to watch one of the employees throwing eggs and other food at another teenager in the parking lot, running around the store, and then proceed to all hop in one of their trucks and blast music in the parking lot, leaving one of the employees inside to make everything alone. This is the second time I’ve come to this Dunkin to see the same crew members not doing what they’re supposed to, and probably the last time I’ll come to this Dunkin.

Ordered a Med hot choc. It tasted like a hot cup of water with a DASH of chocolate in it! Have NOT been happy with this DD in a long time. Won't be back!

Horrible. TWENTY MINUTES at the drive thru. It was beyond irritating to see people leaving the lobby while the drive thru line literally went into the main road. The whole point of the order ahead is to not wait. And then when I went in to get said order because the drive thru line WASNT moving, they had the NERVE to get upset with me for asking for my drive thru order. “We have a system for a reason” well your system clearly sucks . My 7:40 drive thru order wasn’t even ready when I got the stupid window at 8am.

Food was Dunkin.service was eh and atmosphere average. $35 later for a Jo box and 25 holes and they give stirrers for coffee here. I’m done shopping at that franchise!

Every time I have gone in, the staff walk past me without even recognizing that I’m at the counter (i’m talking multiple staff each walking by me multiple times, no one acknowledging me). Countertops are full of coffee, etc. (would have only taken a quick wipe to make look so much better). Staff is overwhelmed and has poor customer service as a result. Wait times are very long. I drove 15 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich and some coffee and they weren’t accepting debit cards, with no sign on the cash register which would’ve kept me from waiting even longer (while they were not acknowledging me). So all of that and a waste of a trip.

Waited in drive through for 10 min waiting for a 🍩 and breakfast sandwich to get my breakfast sandwich burnt and then go back into the store. And the cook argues with me about the sandwich is supposed to be burnt and she has a bad attitude and sould not work in customer service at all

Multiple times now I have come to this drive through, gotten half my stuff and then the person at the window just disappears to the back so I’m stuck sitting here for 5 minutes only for them to return and say “oh what are you waiting on?” THIS HAS HAPPENED THREE TIMES NOW?!?!

So after moving to the Enfield area a year ago and being VERY pro DUNKIN as in at least 2 visits daily! Enfield location crew has been the BEST most consistent friendly get your order right hard working people doing a tough customer service job in the best way! Over the last month the air-conditioning has been not working and the crew has endured 100 degrees plus on days we have stopped. Still kind order is perfect! But the owner seems to think that these hard-working people are not worth cool fresh air on the hot days we are having! This is day 1 of alot of the crew leaving and our coffees were totally wrong like completely! So sad for these great people but owner man it's time to respect the people in the trenches filling your wallet!!!

I come at like 6 PM to get a latte or macchiato before working an overnight shift. And they are always saying that the espresso machine is broken down for the night. I asked who my family members who have worked at a Dunkin’ Donuts and they say that it can’t be broken down. It’s literally just wiped out. I truly think that they just don’t wanna make espresso drinks because it’s more work.
