I rarely leave reviews, but this is by far the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to - and as a Boston native and huge Dunks fan, I’ve been to a million DDs. As a new-ish Enfield resident, I go here almost every day. everything just tastes better here: the iced coffee is consistently great and better than any other DDs’ iced coffee (I’m not sure what they do, but it tastes a bit more strong/less diluted - it’s excellent). While going through the drive-thru, I ordered the sourdough sandwich with sausage instead of bacon and was very satisfied. So the next time I ordered on the app, I asked for the same substitute and they forgot. They forgot the next 2 times as well. I thought this may be an issue with the app, but when I ordered it the same way to a different location they got it right first try. The staff here are good listeners, but they need to work on their reading skills.
The staff here is so friendly! I travel all over the state and this one one is my favorite! Always pleasant, always kind and they get to know their frequent customers. The gentleman that runs the place is hilarious!
