Unfortunately this food was a disappointment for our whole family. We each ordered our favorites as they have a huge menu. None of us really enjoyed this meal. The ordering and pick up were convenient and on time but the food let us down!

Great BBQ and seafood, super friendly and efficient staff. We wanted dessert but the portions were so big no one had room to eat another bite. And all at very reasonable prices!

Was looking for breakfast without traveling far so I stopped at 20 hands. Menu was good with lots of the stuff I like so I tried the sausage gravy on biscuits. ALSO 2 eggs and coffee. Wait staff was nice and food was served quite fast. THAT, is why I don't understand that my food was cold. Not warm but ,COLD!! Waitress asked me how my food was and I told her cold eggs. She offered a replacement but I declined. The smothered biscuits was warm not Hot and there was too much biscuits and not enough gravy. I blame this on the back staff. Mike

I come from a large city and absolutely LOVE the quaint and fun atmosphere the 20 Hands Tavern has. Brooke knew my name and knew my favorite drink and exactly how I liked it from the first time I went. I have come about 15 times since and it has become my go-to neighborhood Tavern where I meet the nicest people in town!Try it and Love it!
Perhaps we caught them on an off day, and I surely hope so. The pace, accuracy, and execution of the food and drinks left a lot to be desired. The server was bewildered from start to finish.Several people in our party did not eat their entrees because they were overcooked. I thought maybe my friend was being hyperbolic with how overcooked their ribs were. It was clear they weren't going to eat it, so I grabbed a bone of the intact slab, picked up the slab of ribs and shook it. If the Beatles were as tightly bound as these ribs were to the bones, we'd have several more classic records to enjoy.Having been a server myself, if a customer declines a box on a food order that was clearly untouched, you should take action to try to save the experience. The server was content with sweeping it under the rug.You won't be hard pressed to find better places to dine.

Terrible service and food. If I had the option to leave - stars I would. We tried to order multiple different steaks on the menu and they did not have any of them. Multiple people waited over 20 minutes just for their drinks. At least 4 people in the group did not eat the food and the server didn’t even think to ask what was wrong with it. You will find higher quality food and service at McDonald’s.

Went in with my husband had Nikki as our server she was very kind and attentive to us. We even had a second person ask how the meal was believe he was the manager, we do very much appreciate this ! 10/10 recommend this place!
