So waitress missed a drink all together on a drink in our order, 4 cheese chicken and penne had almost no cheese or sauce, all 4 onion rings that came with my sandwich were very underwhelming for an upcharge. Applebee's is typically better than this

I loved my visit! They made me and my sister have a fantastic dinner. We went for the happy hour apps, they were delicious!! The manager Shelby came over and checked on us. She has an amazing attitude and personality! She made us feel like family. We had Jaqueline as our server, she was great. We did not feel rushed and she made sure we were always set. What a great experience! We will be back!

This is one of the best Applebees I’ve been to. The staff is so friendly and kind. I went with a couple friends and I personally have dietary restrictions, my server helped me pick an item from the menu that accommodated me and the food was well prepared. 10/10 vibes :)

I had little to no wait time to be seated, the waitress who we had was vey attentive. Our food was delivered in a timely manner and we all got exactly what we ordered,. It made for a great night out with friends.

I know it's Applebee's.. but if a chain restaurant deserves a 5-star review, it's the Applebee's in Epping. All staff is fantastic. Servers and bar work as a team & managers (Maddie & more) always check on tables. Consistent positive experiences for the family.

Went here around 4pm for a burger. The first burger they made me was completely raw inside so they made me another one and put it in a to go container for me to take home. When I got home I put it on a plate and bit into it and the second one was completely raw as well. What kind of restaurant can’t even cook a burger properly. This place is a disgrace. Really bad cooks. Server however was very kind.
Reva was amazing!! She was super kind and sweet to everyone she spoke to!! very hardworking, love her energy!! she said happy cinco de mayo to EVERYONE!! love to see it, needed to write a review :) CLEANED our plates!!!
