I visit this Aroma Joe’s occasionally, always through the drive thru, and the staff here are consistently friendly and polite. I haven’t been inside yet but the drive thru moves quickly and the service is straightforward.

My usual order is an Aroma Mocha with an extra shot of Chocolate Milano flavor. It’s a special drink and they make it well each time. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the staff go over the drink details every visit, even when I already know exactly how it’s made. I understand they’re trained to confirm, but it isn’t always necessary.

The food is mixed. The donuts haven’t been the best and the breakfast sandwich I tried was just okay. Nothing bad, just not something I’d go out of my way for. The drinks are definitely the strongest part of the menu and it’s clear that’s what keeps this location busy.

Overall, it’s a friendly place with good drinks and reliable service. A solid 4-star stop when I’m in the area.

We had iced coffee. It was delicious with, in my opinion, the right amount of ice.

I ordered just a simple blue Hawaiian. Not a caffeine free one and there were no signs saying they were out of syrups. I got this, it’s a light blue color and tastes like pool water. After 2 sips I had to throw it out which was very upsetting because I spent money on it. It was also upsetting because I’ve been having a rough few days and I wanted to treat myself with a little something and this is what I get. That’s irrelevant to this review I am just upset and wanted to express that.

Can't ever go wrong with a rush from AJs. Breakfast is good also.

I go to different Aroma Joe's locations depending upon where I'm working ( I'm a residential carpenter) . At the Epping , NH location , after going there for some time every morning for a cup of coffee , the employees would see my truck in the drive thru line and make my cup of coffee so it was ready at the order window for me . Very thoughtful and very nice people are working there ( and also great coffee ! ) .

I’m not one to complain, but the workers were so rude. This is the only store I’ve ever felt like a burden at.

I always get a latte when I go. They have never disappointed me, I ask the server for what they like, and I usually get the flavor. Extremely helpful and friendly service, it is the only take out coffee I get. By far better than the others that are out there ( big chain).

We came on Mothers Day. It was 12:15. She seemed new and friendly, but we ordered 4 drinks. We only received one drink and then was told we only paid for one. Then she said you no longer carry sugar free flavors of nutty bar.

Worst customer experience I have had. I didn’t know when ordering my beverage a side of mean girl came with it. Something really must be bothering Sally and she took it out on me. Sally was a jerk today. I love Aroma Joe’s, but not this one.

Every single morning, I place the same order and specifically request a sippable lid. And nearly every single time, I still have to ask for it again at the window. It’s become so routine, it’s like a little morning ritual—except it shouldn’t be. It’s a simple, reasonable request that continues to be overlooked.
On top of that, I order three flavors in my Rush. I can taste when something’s missing, and almost every day, at least one of the flavors doesn’t make it into the drink. If I’m paying for flavor, I expect to actually get what I paid for.
Now let’s talk about the collective vibe of the morning crew. I’m not expecting over-the-top enthusiasm before the sun’s even fully up—but the consistent looks of annoyance, disinterest, or straight-up “I don’t want to be here” energy from multiple staff members is hard to ignore. I’m not asking for smiles and sunshine, just basic customer service.
And finally—please, close the window after taking orders. The amount of personal conversations I’ve overheard between staff about their relationships, arguments, and other drama is honestly uncomfortable. That kind of talk belongs behind closed doors, not broadcast to every waiting customer.
