Been a patron of China Jade since they opened but it’s time to move on to a new restaurant. I think they under new ownership as the usual workers were not there. The place was dirty and seconds as a daycare. 2 boys running around, eating in both the waiting area and kitchen, climbing on the tables and yelling. General Tso was cold and not spicy, rice was cold and clumpy. Very disappointed. Had to call out worker when she dropped a utensil of the floor and tried to use it.

My "regular" chinese place for probably going on fifteen years. Consistent, tasty Chinese take-out at a decent price. I usually opt for their combo meals and it's a great way to scratch a Chinese food itch for about $13 or under. With food prices rising lately some items have gone up but it's to be expected. I would consider the place a take-out only deal. Although, they do have tables in the dining area they end up mostly being used by staff and the owners' children. For me, this definitely adds to the overall ambiance of the place. It may be a meme, but I've found it's true that if you get rung out by a child at a Chinese place the food is likely to be fire.

I ordered 3 Combination plates that cost $31.50 total. Two of the plates were wrong, with overcooked food. I also got three additional items I did not order. We haven't been there in a while. We won't go back again. My bill was $58.73 including the tax. Ouch!

Waste of money. Food was not very good at all, chicken was like chewing a rubber band. Prices do not reflect the insane upcharges they put on everything. Order was taken by a kid no older than 10, over all bad experience and this is one place I won't go back to.

Ordered online, when I got there I specifically asked if the gave me Xtra duck sauce that was requested on order, she assured me it was in bag. So I tipped them for good service, but got home to find she did not add the duck sauce requested, I called I was instructed to come back to store if I wanted it. I'm not going here again. I'm sick of terrible service everywhere I go. This is frustrating.

Family owned, good prices, good portions, efficient & timely, and their hours are a great bonus! Not a lot of places are open everyday until 10-10:30. Never a bad experience here.

I ordered General Tso's chicken by phone for takeout. The food was hot and ready when I got there. Service was fine and prices are reasonable. The food satisfied my cravings. I will note that I recently came to the area from New York City, so while food didn't quite live up to NYC standards, it was good enough that I will order from them again.

We were in the mood for hot and sour soup and a few appetizers, which consisted of eggroll, chicken, teriyaki, and dumplings. The soup was kind of OK, the eggroll I've definitely had better, the dumplings were chewy, and not in a good way, and the chicken teriyaki was so over cooked that we had to throw out 60% of it. End it took them 25 minutes to prepare this little order. And the thing that really upset me was that if you used a credit card you incurred a 4% surcharge. Nice way to make a profit because I have worked retail in the past and if you are paying 4% by the credit card service company you are a lousy business person.

MY boyfriend got REALLY BAD food poisoning here AND they charged me TWICE for a $30 takeout order and told me when I got there that I had put my card in wrong, when it had already been charged. Worst food and customer service experience EVER.

Being from Cali, where American Chinese fast food is a great way to ball out on a budget, this restaurant is fantastic! The first time I was here, I had their dinner special and thought it tasted delicious for the price, quantity, and quality. I got it again and ordered the beef and broccoli with pork fried rice and boneless spareribs for less than $13. The spareribs were the appetizer, so there was a decent amount of it. But there was a lot of rice and beef and broccoli to make two meals out of this order. I definitely could've mixed my own white rice with theirs and added fried eggs to make a third The staff was incredibly polite! I remember the first I was there, I was looking up at the pictures to decide want I wanted to get and a little girl came from behind the register and gave me a menu. Super random to add on this review but it was super cute and nice of her to do that! I'm super happy I came across this place and will be trying more dishes in the future!
