No gift cards?! We received a Cinco's gift card for Christmas. When we tried to use it only 2 months later we were told "no gift cards". I don't think this is even legal! The service and the food were good but don't sell gift cards you are not planning to honor!

Three of us, two adults one 12 year old. All had good food and drink--though none were alcoholic so can't speak to those. An order of a skillet burrito, pork tacos and a kids taco all arrived quickly and the food seemed fresh and tasty. Chips and salsa were fine but not remarkable. Service was good. Pricing was appropriate. Nothing to mark down. A perfectly fine Mexican restaurant.

Food was good, service was tough but it seemed to be because of under staffing. Would go again, but it’s not to die for.

Great food and service. Only issue was that they were repairing tables in the dining area, instead of waiting until after hours or taking it outside....

Don't be frightened by the location in a mall. This is surprisingly authentic Mexican food, much of it prepared in the regional style of the owner. We love the burritos, which are served "platter-style"--topped with great sauces and eaten with fork and knife. Attentive service, and OK beer selection. Highly recommend for anyone seeking good, causal Mexican food.

Got there just after 730 tonight and was turned away because they ran out of food. Not sure what else to say about them.

Cinco's, like most Mexican restaurants in the area, is just average. The location is very dark and the decor is starting to see some wear and tear. Where Cinco's shines is their service. Our waitress, Charlotte, was friendly and attentive. The cheese dip we ordered was watery; although tasty, it could be compared to the Tostitos cheese dip found at the grocery store. The same applies to the rest of the food, nothing is homemade, but the prices reflect that. The one thing I enjoyed was their margarita, although it was a very weak drink, it had a delicious raspberry taste.

We’ve really enjoyed coming here in the past. Table side guacamole used to be great and food was pretty good. Last few times have unfortunately not been as good. Service is always nice and very fast but hoping food quality makes a little bit of a comeback. It’s never been a “wow” food place but it was always good and reliable. Hoping for a return to that.

This was the first visit to Cinco's Cantina, and I will be going back! We went I'm an off hour, at 2:30 pm. My sister and I were seated immediately. We were both impressed by the fresh made salsa and chips. We both ordered the Popeye Quesadilla, which was excellent. They had the best refried beans I have ever had! The servings were large, and we both brought home half of our meal to enjoy. The service was excellent as well. I would highly recommend Cinco's Cantina!!Parking: Large parking area with handicap ♿️ spacesWheelchair accessibility: Level entry, easy entrance. Handicap booth in women's rest room.♿️

I ordered a $20 steak burrito loco. There was only 3 tiny little pieces of steak in the entire burrito, it was pretty much all rice and beans inside. I also ordered a $20 shrimp burrito loco, which only had 4 tiny little shrimp in the entire burrito, the rest was all rice and beans. This place is a major ripoff.
