This location canceled my order and then refused to give back the points my little brother used on his order. When I tried calling to express my concern, I was left on a hold period and what I believe an employee hung up the phone. Would not recommend to anyone this location.

Used someone else’s pizza to make mine. I ordered a small mushroom and onion pizza with light sauce and got a pizza with extra cheese, regular sauce and what I asked for toppings just tossed on top of it. All toppings fall off with every slice. I’m mildly disappointed and will just order from the Raymond location from now on because at least they don’t use other customers pizzas to fulfill another customers order.
This also explains why there was next to no wait time on my order. My fiancee in good faith even tipped them, she regrets it now. Thanks guys for a relatively crappy meal

This location does not care about the customers spending money. I'd rather spend 3x the money at Tellys. We asked for marinara sauce and got icing, when we didn't get anything dessert. We didnt get ham on our Hawaiian pizza. Ridiculous. We literally got pineapple and jalapenos.

During the famous $9.99 deal for unlimited toppings I ordered a spicy Hawaiian. Ham, jalapeno, and pineapple. The pizza came with just Jalapenos and pineapple. Plus, they delivered sweet cinnamon icing instead of the marinara I ordered. If you try to file a complaint through the app (we ordered through the app) all they offer you is 20% off a future order or a free 2-topping medium. That's nice and all but really all I want is the pizza I ordered?
ALSO! Never order wings from this particular Domino's, we've had them before and I'm pretty sure the cook has never even seen fried chicken wings before. Someone please open a Wingstop in this town.

Epping finally caught up to Raymond because Everybody Loves Raymond! Epping had a Starbucks before Raymond but Raymond had a Dominos before Epping! Anywho, I placed an online order for Habanero Wings 💸 and it was ready when I arrived. Friendly service. The wings tasted good and like the wings at other Dominos. If you like Domino's Pizza 🍕 wings, I recommend this franchise.

They opened in December 2024. It’s a very new location. I had a couple experiences when they first opened that weren’t so great. But I’m not quick to judge. From my point of view, it takes time for new places to get the “right” staff team. People who value their company, their job, etc.
I’ve gone twice the in past month and had a very pleasant experience ordering over the phone and in store talking with one of the employees. Very kind and intelligent young man working. And my food tasted great!
