Got dunks from here. Both sandwiches made on everything bagel were burnt bad around the edges and just tasted bla had strange after taste to them. I didn't care for the egg cheese and bacon sandwiches. My ice coffee was just ok. Nothing special spent like $27.00 here. I felt like I wasted my money. Went through the drive-through

Awful service, no greeting when we came up to the window. Also, we were the only people in line in the entire drive-thru and it took us over 9 minutes to get two sandwiches. The woman walked to the window handed us our food without even any type of greeting. There were multiple people staffed inside as well so not sure why the service was so terrible and why we waited close to 10 minutes.

Lady at the drive thru couldn't understand when I said no sugar for a green tea and kept saying the refresher has no sugar. Eventually I straighten it out and get my food and they appeared to have punched my food when they put it into the bag. If you're in the area just go to the Raymond dunks way friendlier staff better food and drinks.

Stay away from this place. The Saturday morning supervisor was rude and treated the workers very badly . I asked about my two coffees I ordered with a couple doughnuts and she told me to relax.

Went to drive through horribly rude lady tried to rush me ended up going in to order if you are there make sure a ginger lady is not taking your order
Doesn’t care about customers orders. Makes it how they want to make it to get it out the window. Didn’t even tell before give me my food that it was not what I ordered. Let me drive off to my house, I had to come back to get my food. Then instead of just making my food, they parked me when I had to come all the way back. Then I had to wait to for them to clear their line so I could get my food. I used to like coming here, but not anymore.

Great Dunkin’s location. They always have their mobile order on for the inside which is very helpful to someone that doesn’t have time to wait in the drive thru. My drink is always made perfect, and when I put my mobile order in they have it done in minutes! Great job epping dunkin.
