Just swung in for a med black iced a d doughnut for the dog but after I was on the road found they had run out of straws.

Took them about 5 minutes after I got to the front of the line just to take my order, got 2 sandwiches, a drink and a pastry and had to wait over 18 minutes for it. All the while the workers seemed to be clueless as to what they were doing. Watched 2 different workers drop food items and one did catch it. One female worker the whole time just watched another work and the one working didn’t know where anything was. She kept asking for where the cheese and bread were for sandwiches and no one answered her til she screamed practically. The kid who was making the drinks seemed to be the only one moving at a normal pace for a Dunkin’s worker and the line behind me was huge as well. Also their bathroom is completely destroyed, I’ve seen cleaner porta potty’s at a festival. Large “deposit” thrown on the ground and also more smeared on the seat. Would recommend people avoid this spot like the plague. Also a few workers kept touching their faces and then customers food without washing their hands.

Waited over 10 minutes for someone to take my order and never happened. At multiple points the girl and to guys working had seen me and looked at me but never seemed concerned to take an order. I'd understand if it was rush hour but it was 10am and there was only 1 car in the drive through, as well as only 1 other person in the store. Multiple times 2 of the workers were passing with nothing to do until an online order printed out. Ended up buying a bottled dunks coffee from the gas station at the dunks!

This Dunkin’ location is consistently excellent! Not only is the food and coffee always prepared perfectly and exactly as ordered, but they also keep the drive-thru moving impressively fast—even during the busiest morning rush. The staff here clearly work hard to keep everything running smoothly, and it really shows. It’s always a reliable stop on my way to work, and I appreciate how quick and accurate the service is every single time.

I ordered a bagel not toasted with cream cheese. The bagel was so stale you can tell it is old and there was literally a tiny little smear of cream cheese that covered only half the bagel. To top it off the cream cheese was yellow and crispy. I'm positive this thing had been sitting out for hours at least if not overnight. Absolutely disgusting.

The $6.00 meal was definitely worth it. Sandwich, coffee and hashbrowns were good. Definitely a great deal!

Waited 20mins for 2 sandwiches and a donut after being in line for 10min. Gave the wrong donut. Got a sausage egg and cheese on bagel. Bagel is burnt. Sausage and egg cold! And not kidding pulled a piece of hair out of it infront of the girl in the window. every time I come here something is wrong or unnecessary wait. I personally worked for dunks for 7yrs.
