The coffee was made wrong and when I asked if they made it correctly they said of course sir. So I drive off take a sip an it was so wrong. I CALLED asked for the manager he explained that he had opening and i should put an application in at least then you know the coffee would right. This is the worst customer experience in a long time. To many locations causes a dilution of proper coffee. You go to a dunkin you should get what you order.

Worst service ever we stopped here on are way back to ny and waited 20 mins for food they made wrong then waited another 5mins for an ice coffee and hot coffee the 2 ypung girls up front kept on talking to each other and when i was asked is there anything else i needed i said well my coffee and single donut they rolled there eyes and then made it would never go back here thank god i was just passing through

Never consistent. Stir your coffee spinning it with your wrist doesn’t mix it up. Wouldn’t recommend this dunkin unfriendly staff who need better training

Great experience. Employees are friendly and helpful though the management of which the drinks come out isn't the greatest but that's mostly forgiven due to the fact it's really the customers not paying attention for causing this

I have recently gone to a few different dunkins as I have been traveling. This Dunk in was in Epping. I got my coffee n croissant. I asked for it toasted n buttered. I got it warmed not cut n no butter. Concord's Dunk in on Loudon rd can't be beat as far as service n getting orders correct. It also took the 10mins at the window to pay in Epping. 3 people at the register (drive thru) to figure out how to charge me I guess cause I asked for the senior discount.
They still have great coffee. Everything else us God awful except donuts, and they have a much smaller selection of those.

Make you use the Kiosk but not everything is on it. After I paid they then told me they were out of Pumpkin. Messed up the other order. Had to go back through drive thru to get what I needed. Can’t wait until the other one reopens! Won’t be back to this one
