Great experience. Employees are friendly and helpful though the management of which the drinks come out isn't the greatest but that's mostly forgiven due to the fact it's really the customers not paying attention for causing this
I have recently gone to a few different dunkins as I have been traveling. This Dunk in was in Epping. I got my coffee n croissant. I asked for it toasted n buttered. I got it warmed not cut n no butter. Concord's Dunk in on Loudon rd can't be beat as far as service n getting orders correct. It also took the 10mins at the window to pay in Epping. 3 people at the register (drive thru) to figure out how to charge me I guess cause I asked for the senior discount.
Usually a very busy DD because it sits inside a gas station right off of route 101 but you're never waiting too long for your order. Easy to get to but like I mentioned it can be very busy. Other than that it's a good location to get your coffee or breakfast items!
