have had most of the highest recommended spots for bbq in nh/ma and this place is top 5, not sure why the negativity but i’ve been here 5 times and have had a great meal each time, have had most meat’s pulled pork, ribs, brisket, sauage, pastrami and i cannot complain about any of them, i drive a hour just to come here and i don’t regret it at all, will always come back

We went to order from the online menu and the price we were told after order placed was around double from what the prices were online. We got 2 burger and fries dinners with 3 sides and it came to $134. How ridiculous is this. They tried to give us an updated menu and we declined. Never again...

This place catered our event in 2021. Everything was fantastic! Since then, I've been stopping in to the restaurant for a beer & quick game of Keno while I wait for my take out order. Good people.

This place can have great food WHEN they are open. I have TRIED to eat here many times only to find they decided not to open or, even more aggravating, they closed early for some reason...like "it was was slow so we closed early". And when I say early, I mean before 5:30 PM. So to drive for 20 minutes only to find out they are closed when they claim to be open till 6 is really unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers. Finally, they recently opened a bar section and guess what??? It closes at 6 ...or earlier. What kind of a bar closes at 6. The only reason they have survived this long is because the food can be pretty good and they charge a fortune for it. Call before you go there and, if they bother answering the phone, make sure they are going to stay open until you get there. Quite probably not.

Great selection of meat. The service is hit and miss as the staff can be abrasive. The restaurant side is typical of a smoke house. BBQ is good.
Eaten here several times. Good service all at the table agreed delicious BBQ. Slab bacon is also great.

I stopped in before work today got a kobe brisket sandwich. Couldn't tell if it had any seasoning on it brisket was really dry for i think like 17 dollars. Mac is eh not the kind I like but not terrible. Place looks nice inside has bar and good fresh meat selection. I'd give it another shot maybe try something else service was fast lady seemed nice.

They've got weird hours and sometimes the service is a little "small town" but take it as charm. Best advice for you is that the best things coming out of this place that no where else does are pork belly burnt ends and the NY pastrami. Both are excellent and won't find on menu's around here. Welcome to try other dishes but I found many to be average. The money is pork belly burnt ends and NY pastrami. =)

Got the BBQ plate for 2. $60 bucks for the bare minimum. Ribs were alright, brisket was okay, pulled turkey was awful, pulled pork had an interesting flavor. Comes with 2 sides. Flavorless potato salad and overcooked Mac n cheese. Got maybe a cup of each. Save yourself some disappointment and go another couple miles down the road to Goody Cole's BBQ instead. Cheaper and their food is outta this world.
