There’s not many others who love and support Jersey Mikes like myself. That said - we visited Epping today (in a rush to get to a 3rd soccer game 2 hours north in Maine). Placed an order online - got there a few minutes before it was scheduled to be ready. Went in and asked 3-4 of the employees if they’d made the sandwich yet, which they replied almost “in disgust” - “we haven’t even started your order yet”. I simply wanted to let them know that I’d like to verify one of the sandwiches before they made it. I waited past the time it was supposed to be ready and decided to walk over to the person working the grill-top as the sandwich would be coming from there. After being told to “back up”, I was able to convey what I wanted for 1 customization only. Waited about 10 minutes past its “due” time, got my food and headed north. It was the worst chipotle cheese steak I’ve ever had - the steak was char-burned which ruined everything. The simple sandwich for one of my daughters couldn’t have been made more incorrectly after verifying twice verbally. I’m thinking this was all done on purpose. Just terrible, will not be back and will guide all family and friends away from this specific franchise store in Epping.

This Jersey Mike's subs is a great addition to this town. The people are awesome that work there. Me and my wife got two sandwiches and they were two of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life. I seriously need to consider getting this Jersey Mike's twice a week because it's really good for my soul. So please do yourself a favor and come to this greatest facility I've ever seen in my life

Horrible customer service order was almost an hour late, ignored me and was only taking walk up orders, happend to 3 other people waiting for pick up orders aswell. Took 60 minutes to make a tuna sub and 2 steak subs.

Delicious sandwiches! Very generous amount of meat. Pretty expensive compared to other sub shops, but the quality justifies the difference in price. You get what you pay for. Delicious!

i went in yesterday and had help picking what sub i wanted and this guy it i’m not mistaken, Earle pointed me in the right direction so i got the #9, on white bread with mayo pickles and banana peppers. he was such a nice guy, couldn’t have asked for somebody better to help. 10/10 everything. would definitely go back again

Absolutely worst place to go, ordered my food and 15 other people before me got there food faster cause they knew the guy. Wasted my entire lunch waiting for one Sub and watched 50 subs be made and other happy customers leave. Must be nice

Tasty sub and pretty awesome that they have gf and seem competent preparing it. But wow $$$$$. A few subs and I'm out the door for almost $50. I think I'll have a sit down meal next time for that price somewhere else. Or better yet. Save some money.

Got hungry on a trip up north and stopped in to get a bite to eat, the place was pretty packed but the line moved fast, but what was far more impressive was how clean the place was and how quickly each team member was cleaning up in between doing other tasks, and the workers were still finding time to talk to me all the while, will be visiting other locations in the future
