I recently ordered takeout from Orient Pearl with a group of friends after we couldn’t decide where to go for dinner. Chinese food ended up winning the vote, and we were all really glad it did!
The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. Every item we ordered was made perfectly and our entire order was accurate. You can really tell they take pride in the quality of their food. Everyone had full bellies and we were all talking about how good everything was.
Great food, and a great takeout experience. We’ll definitely be ordering from here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Even after complaining to our waitress our food came out cold and incorrect still got charged full tired to go up to the lady for help with the bill at the front she told me I had to go through my waitress. Never again Mind you I order take out and get the same thing and it’s cheaper be careful

The food was very good for the most part. We got General Tsaos chicken (very good), chicken fingers, crab rangoon, spring rolls, and pork fried rice. The spring rolls were not very flavorful, had a thick coating, so felt soggy inside, and only cabbage in them. I like to have more vegetables, like carrots, in them. Our waitress was excellent. She was attentive and friendly.

Had chicken fingers, chicken fried rice, and boneless spare ribs tonight around 430 or 500. Rice was old, old, old, dry. Chicken was also old and just heated up, and boneless spare ribs was shredded spare ribs. My husband had beef with pea pods which he said beef was tough. The waitress spent more time on her phone. She never gave me duck sauce I had to ask for it and then it was given to me about no more then a tablespoon full. $67.00 of crap. We won't be back.

Very disappointed every time I order ahead of time because I have a $200 order and arrive at the designated pickup time, I am kept waiting an additional 20-25 minutes for my order. What is the point of ordering ahead of time if you're not going to make the food for the promised time Staff just walks by and lies "it's almost ready", 25 minutes you might have your food. Unacceptable!
Terrible. I placed an order the night before Christmas Eve for Christmas Eve. I arrived and waited three hours for my order. I would have left sooner but nothing else was open therefore I had no choice, but to wait. This is time I could have been with my family. This place should be ashamed of themselves.

Placed an order at 4:16pm on Christmas Eve, was under the impression the food would be ready at 6:15pm, therefore I arrived at 6:20pm and was promptly put in line for take out. Fast forward 2 hours later I was still waiting for my food. I asked them how long and they disappeared into the kitchen and did not return. I eventually went to the front desk and asked for refund. There were several other patrons doing the same thing. One individual had ordered the day before. Completely unacceptable IMO Christmas eve people shouldn't be waiting hours for their order they should be with their families. The restaurant should have stopped taking orders if they were that far in the weeds. The place is a joke and you should avoid at all costs.

Do not order from here on busy times of the year! We ordered food on th 23rd for pickup at 8pm on the 24th (Christmas Eve) and when we arrived after 8pm they hadn't even started the order! People had been waiting several hours for their food and mangament was trying to talk people out of getting refunded and asking they wait. They obviously cannot manage their time or ordering appropriately. Terrible service
