Very disappointed every time I order ahead of time because I have a $200 order and arrive at the designated pickup time, I am kept waiting an additional 20-25 minutes for my order. What is the point of ordering ahead of time if you're not going to make the food for the promised time Staff just walks by and lies "it's almost ready", 25 minutes you might have your food. Unacceptable!

Had a great meal! I've lived in San Francisco and New York City and love chinese soup dumplings but they are very hard to find north of Boston but they had them here! My husband said the pad thai one of the best he's ever had, and he gets pad thai everywhere he goes (treats it as a litmus test dish).
I heard there are new owners and they are taking feedback via text now! Love to see it.

We have been here many times the food is always good everytime. worth the money.Pu pu for 2 house special fried rice and orange chicken our bill comes to 56.00. We always have enough to take home.Service is fast and friendly the owner will come check on you to see if you are happy with your food.

Absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was bursting with authentic flavor—every dish was cooked to perfection, especially the soup dumplings! What really made the night memorable was our server, Tina. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, went above and beyond and had the kindest attitude. You can tell she truly cares about the guests. Highly recommend this spot if you're craving amazing Chinese food and top-notch service. We’ll definitely be back!

This is the best restaurant in Epping hands down. Very attentive staff and great food. Everything is always hot and fresh when it comes to the table. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Everything i’ve had from here has been amazing. I will always recommend this place 100%. Also shoutout Tina! She’s amazing!! Jay as well! Every time i’ve talked with him, he just wants to make sure everything is perfect while we’re here! Orient Pearl has been killing the game. ❤️
Most gross food I ever had. Buffet small for 17 bucks.all food was cold nasty. Service was rude . 42 worth of garage food. Stay away. Buffet only had few items all was nasty. Made me sick.

I hate to leave a bad review but this was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. The Crab Rangoons were baked, and completely bland. We actually had to return our sizzling plate because the beef was sour. My parents food came out 30 minutes after ours and was cold. I would have been happier with something out of the freezer section at market basket. We used to love this place but we will not be returning anytime soon.
