I had to wait 20 minutes for my caramel macchiato. And at the end it came up without caramel. I just left cause without argues cause nerve cells are not recovering .
The staff was really helpful to choose non-caffeinated drink. I have medical condition that doesn't allow me to have caffeine. I stopped to have visit with a friend who was from Washington State and this was a place that allowed for a small group.

It’s so disappointing when there is two people running this Starbucks and going through the drive through is faster than servicing the customers coming in to Starbucks. Also no apologies for taking the order late. No apologies foe taking 30 minutes for a lemonade cause there was no mention they had to make more.
A lady with colorful hair she deserve 1 stars
I ordered my coffee at 10:39am when I arrived the parking lot was 10:45am, I was waiting in the car and responded my email
The stores was not busy, my mobiles app really to pick up but when I walk-in I haven’t see my drink ready.
I asked her (a colorful hair lady) and she said she’s working on it but all I can see on that moment that she just makes drinks for the drive thru way only.
I asked her second times but she ignored me.
She lets my espresso all melted with ice
So I have to asked for another guys helps me bc I have to go and refilled more ice for me bc it already melted.
It’s took me 20’ in store while the app is ready to pick up.
The manager should work and talk to her if she doesn’t know how to focus on her section, ignore customer then fights with the customer make customer waited for unhappy drink.
Should training her again.
I spent my money to buy coffee not the attitude.

HOW I GOT ARRESTED BY STARBUCKS.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS LOCATION. PLEASE READ TO THE END.
I have been a very loyal customer of this location since their opening, and this year I’ve probably spent over $300 at this location. I am a respectable, educated adult and I live my life by respecting others who respect me; however, I do not tolerate those who do not show me the same in return, which leads me to writing this review:
Last week I ordered a hot latte in the drive-through, paid with my app and then was handed my cup which I place in my cup holder (just like the 1000 other times I’ve placed an order), then I get onto the highway and try to take a sip and the lid fell off and I got really burnt because it dumped in my lap, then got all over my car. I had to turnaround because I was a mess but I decided to stop back at this Starbucks because it was directly on my path home to inform them of the situation and to try and get contact information for someone I could reach out to… To my surprise, Jake (who was the employee who handed me my coffee, only adamantly denied any possibility of having been responsible for not putting the lid on well enough, after which he threw a wade of napkins at me and told me to “clean myself up” with a extremely rude attitude and a smirk on his face. Then I asked if I could get contact information and he told me to contact corporate if I had any complaints. Not once did he apologize or ask if I was okay after being burnt. I asked him if he could take the remaining bit of my coffee because I did not want it and then said “we don’t accept anything through the drive-through” at which time I became enraged at the lack of empathy, proceeded through the drive-through then got out of my car and threw the remaining bit of coffee left in my cup at their front window and flipped them off.
Now, I have been arrested and am being charged with a criminal misdemeanor and a violation that, if I am found guilty of, will be on my record for the rest of my life and will probably make it really difficult for me to find jobs. I am 38 and this is the first time I have ever been arrested. In what society is this behavior okay to arrest someone who has suffered a physical injury by the plaintiff? Apparently ours. Because they are a business, they can press charges against me in criminal court but I cannot press charges against them. Jake and whoever is responsible for filing these charges against me should be ashamed because this is unethical and absolutely ridiculous. This is also a prime example of poor customer service which seems to be plaguing our country; its time to put customers first.
Best Latte anywhere. Great dark roast coffee.
They just made my favorite drink! Maybe it's the little things in life, but they just made my day here! Awesome-

The drinks were delicious. It was a pretty lengthy wait for just a couple of drinks, but sometimes that's just how it is.
I've only been here once, and it was through the drive thru with the mobile, but they were very fast and accurate. I'm sure if I went here more times my review would average out, but based on my 30 second experience they were amazing
Absolutely amazing cutomer service. Every time iwalk in the door a very kind Starbucks employee, Mia always serves me and my friends with kindness and politeness. She alwasy asks how I am doing or how my day is going when I walk in the door. She always writes really kind messages on my cup when I am having a bad day to cheer me up. Absolute kindest Starbucks employee I have ever met! Also, the restaurant is very clean, organized, and everyone is very kind especially the Starbucks workers! This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to!
Drive thru coffee.

This is by far the worst service and Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Last night I went through the Starbucks drive thru with my dad, I said through the speaker “Hi can I have a grande caramel brûlée Frappuccino?” And this worker seemed at first like he knew what he was doing he siad “alright drive up!” And then once I got to window and mind you we were the only people in the drive thru line.. he said cluelessly “umm did you guys want that hot or iced?” I said “it’s not either. It’s a frozen drink, a Frappuccino..” and my dad said “It’s like a frappe.. she gets it all the time and she says it’s like a signature drink.” Still.. this tired employee said “well.. umm.. it’s gonna take some time to make
It if you guys wanna wait…” and me and my dad were in a rush to get to an event so I played it “cool” and said “we’ll just take it ok” but once I left the drive thru, I was very upset because all day prior me and my dad were gonna go before our event and it was a treat. How can an employee not know what a Frappuccino is? You work there! This employee was obviously lazy to put coffee and ice in a blender for a customer who ordered that. This employee acted very clueless like he had never heard of it in their life. They were just lazy and didn’t want to blend a drink. Instead gives me a “caramel brûlée latte” that is not what I ordered! This employee clearly heard me say “Frappuccino”. The minute we pulled out of the drive thru with the wrong drink.. I was very upset because me and my dad were in a rush and I wanted to enjoy my drink that I wanted and planned to get all day. My dad walked into the Starbucks and he said “look I need that Frappuccino. That’s what she ordered and that’s what I need.” My dad told me the employee barely said anything and my dad watched this employee easily make the Frappuccino and he gave it to my dad and my dad was even nice enough to still keep the latte and that he would drink it and my dad even gave them a tip! And my dad said “thank you” and the tired employee said “okay.” Like that employee finally made the Frappuccino after my dad had to go inside.. so that employee could have easily done that the first time at the drive thru and he didn’t because he was lazy and didn’t want to blend a beverage.
Never going to this Starbucks location again. Lazy employees.
Utterly horrible service.
