I've only been here once, and it was through the drive thru with the mobile, but they were very fast and accurate. I'm sure if I went here more times my review would average out, but based on my 30 second experience they were amazing
Absolutely amazing cutomer service. Every time iwalk in the door a very kind Starbucks employee, Mia always serves me and my friends with kindness and politeness. She alwasy asks how I am doing or how my day is going when I walk in the door. She always writes really kind messages on my cup when I am having a bad day to cheer me up. Absolute kindest Starbucks employee I have ever met! Also, the restaurant is very clean, organized, and everyone is very kind especially the Starbucks...
The staff were trying to do the best they could. I overheard won barista apologizing to a customer who had been there longer than me, that her drink would be up shortly. I don't know whether it was problems with the equipment or being short staffed, but they were clearly overwhelmed with orders and unable to keep up. I had tried to place an order through the app 15 minutes prior, but online ordering turned off. That made me think it was a staffing issue.
