Ordered online twice. The first time received a call that they don't do curb side delivery, even though the website indicted they do and happily took my money. The second time, placed an order to find out they closed early, again the website happily taking my money. So $70 later, no food, and now having to argue with my credit card company to try to get my money back as no one at Subway was willing to help.

Order a Buffalo chicken sandwich through doordash. And my instructions very clearly state if not available contact me.Well no one did so they just put a random sauce in replace of the Buffalo.Called to tell them this.and the kid said oh well that sucks.So unprofessional.My other sandwich was suppose to be toasted and it's completely ice cold and not even toasted.Also my receipt was purposely ripped off the bag to only include the address and nothing else.

I've never been a real life whistleblower before, but here it is...- I have worked at your location years ago (many others), and I will say you guys were always the cleanest and the most professionally run franchise I had the pleasure to work at.P.S. Please keep in mind that the star rating is somewhat meant to be versus other subway restaurants, as you cannot rate a fast food restaurant on the same scale as you would a five star diner.-You guys deserve even more stars because you get paid less lol ?

Why can't this one subway ever just get it together? Years of incomsistency. Randomly closed when they are supposed to be open..again.

Pregnancy has me wanting subway everyday but they cannot follow the directions on the app. They have neglected to toast my sandwich (clearly marked toasted) every single day this week and half the time they either give me the wrong bag of chips or just don’t include it

Garbage. Not worth paying for and sure as hell not worth waiting 30 minutes in a drive through line for. Literally more convenient to just eat at home.

Came in to order. App said they had Swiss cheese but they don't. Tried to order through the mobile app and she said it was shutoff because they were closing soon. If you are closing soon why were you on a smoke break for 10 mins while I waited around? Told her I had a code for 50% off one sub and she told me I needed a paper coupon. I explained to her the mobile system was down as she mentioned because she was "closing soon" and I could show her the email. NOPE!! So was charged $22.00 when it should have been more like $15.00. Then she asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. Really?? Not right. Also couldn't get point credits per her as well because I needed a card. Never had that at another location. Just a total thievery.

Crystall one of their employees is very rude and uses vulgar language and she threatens people if they ask for something i would not recommend this subway if she is working their to top it off and then threw at us under pluxy glass

Server kept asking for my order over and over... couldn't remember anything I said. She kept touching her mask and her actual nose with her gloved hand then touched my food (items that wouldn't be cooked). Covid is stull a thing. She put all the salami and cheese slices in a single spot instead of spreading them across the roll. I wanted to leave but have a short lunch break and had already waited so long in the line. It was either this or nothing for lunch at that point. She just thrust the finished sub at me, never said the price or thank you. Later I found a big long hair on my last bite. Won't be going back to that subway when there's one on every block.
