I have eaten lunch here whenever I shop at Walmart. Never had a problem until today. I ordered two subs a six inch and a foot long, both with turkey and American on wheat not toasted. When I opened them at home I found that the bread was stale and crumbley. I'm very disappointed.

Have to wait 20 minutes in line for a salad and each time person behind the counter doesn't understand. It is right on the menu! People in here are useless and tables are never cleaned avoid at all cost!

I had stopped by Subway located in the Epping NH Walmart to grab some dinner for my boyfriend and I. I had asked for the #18 with extra american cheese. the employee working on my order hadn’t asked if I’d like my sandwich toasted until their other colleague had asked my boyfriend about his sub being toasted. ( which is i get it’s not big deal) but they’re supposed to ask if I assume correctly. So I put it past me. I had realized that my sub wasn’t cut in half (got a 12” sub) , I had asked them if they could cut it and the response was “ we don’t normally do that, but i can” . We go to sit down in the seating area to enjoy the subs. There’s food /crumbs on every chair. and tabletop. trash all over the floor. looks like it’s never beeen swapped or even touched. We open the subs mine was completely destroyed and looked sloppy. I don’t think i’ll be returning.

If you can get further than, "we are out of (fill in the blank)".. you will then have the wonderful experience of dealing with literal human brick walls. No one at this location knows what the words "customer service" or "friendly" even mean.

Then as you're running through the process of ordering your sub, you will likely have to swat away a fly or two. You'll look down when they ask what veggies you want, and see a disgusting station with half wilted vegetables and debris everywhere. Even though your sub comes with multiple veggies, you'll maybe opt for just one.. because it was the only one that looked safe or fresh enough to eat.

You'll get to the process of paying, and you'll notice that some of these geniuses fail to swap gloves when going back and forth from handling food and money.

I used to like stopping to grab a sub on my way out from shopping, but never again. This location needs new blood if it's going to remain in business.

On occasion once I’m done shopping at Walmart I would stop in to grab a sub. Never again will I step foot in this subway. Associates do not change gloves after making a sub and handling money. That’s gross. Recently I have gone in, looked at the veggies and walk right back out. The vegetables are old and wilted. Subway is supposed to be fresh! I’m not sure of names but most employees are rude as well. If you don’t like your job then find a new one.

I have to say something quick. How terrible distespectful are the people here. I have order 2 sandwiches and they had an attitude the entire time. Safe to say I won’t be coming back here.

The girl who is working here, didn't change her gloves in between different orders, and handling money. I was absolutely disgusted. Definitely do not come to the subway that is in Walmart.!!!!

Sandwich maker was lazy and kind of rude. Gave me expired bitter cucumbers in my sandwich, and didn't even bother to hand me my food or recipe after it was paid for. This lazy employee just stood back over by the oven and didn't say anything

Horrible customer service I went in for a sub and waited in line for almost 10 minutes while there employee which I came to find out his name was Michael was sitting on his phone in the back laughing on his phone. Horrible company and horrible customer service great way to run your company have kids messing around on there

So, while we were coming back from maine earlier we went to Walmart bcuz we were a bit hungry...my fiance ordered 2 subs 2 cookies & 1 medium (i believe lol) blue raspberry slurpee .. my fiance ate all of her sub, i ate half of mine and we made it home.... the moment we got home, she started not feeling good, then she threw up right away and hasnt stopped for over an hr now!! Idk wth is in ur slurpees but now i have to sleep on the couch bcuz my stomach is to weak to clean it up on the floor & shes too weak clean it up herself. So thank you so much for selling w.e it is... you should just take that stuff off the menu & fix it or clean them all but i DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Came to counter in store and was told by subway staff that he could not take our order for more than 1/2 hour because he had 15 sandwiches to make for door dash orders. We debated why to do, then he told us it was actually 25 sandwiches that he was behind on. He also said he was out of steak and gluten free wraps (advertised on Subway website). Not sure if Subway is trying to go out of business, but they are working in that direction.
