It's taco bell, the food is fine, you know what your getting, I just really really really hate the stupid ai computer voice at the drive thru and it upsets me that a upstanding corporation like taco bell which I had previously considered sparing in the revolution would stoop to such lows.

I was hungry I was on the road for an hour and I had an hour to go and I figured I'd stop here to get something to eat but unfortunately the small order of fries I got were stale and tasteless and the burrito that I got was made wrong I asked for no cheese no sour cream they put cheese in it I took two bites and threw it on the floor of my car back in the bag that came in

I live right near this Taco Bell and they run out of Baja Blast every single week. Chances are if you come here they will not have it available. I am not even joking, it is like a miracle if they have it in stock. I am not sure why they don't just order one more case of it so this doesn't happen. Especially after they have confirmed with me that they receive their truck deliveries once a week on Thursdays. Baja blast is like Taco Bell's signature drink! The staff are incredibly nice but you would think that after having to tell people you are out of Baja blast as often as they do, they would address the issue.

It'll be an amazing day if Taco Bell ever got my order correct. Food was good. Order was missing my nachos but gave me the cheese that goes with it? Don't bother going inside to order. Thier focus is on drive through and noone was manning the register inside. Waited about 15 minutes before someone took my order despite the employees making stuff seeing that I was there. The lady that did take my order inside asked another employee to cover the inside register cuz she had to cover drive through. She got completely ignored. She ended up having to come back to take more orders. I'm not complaining about the employees other the the one that completely ignored the request to cover front desk. It was clear they were very understaffed and were doing the best they could. Based on the conversation I heard from the employees it's common to be understaffed and overwhelmed.

I normally have a 10\\10 experience but I don't know what happened tonight. They completely flattened our food by putting the 2 bowls we ordered on top of the crunch wrap and quesadilla. And they were out of large drinks and just weren't planing on telling us or doing anything about it, they refunded us but what the heck Taco Bell

Completely ruined my order!!!!! Someone put onions on everything, almost intentionally done. I’m not talking a little, I am talking a handful. Chucking burrito was cold chicken, like frozen. This is downright scary how bad this was. I will never step foot near this location ever again!!!
