While the food is better here than most Taco Bells, their night crew is loud, vulgar and completely unprofessional. Clean up the act. We were here on April 3rd at 651pm.

Absolute terrible service the shift leader lacks competence. We had ordered breakfast from the app for inside pick up. We get there and all the staff looked confused. Shift leader tells us oh ya so we never made your order we ran out of eggs and because it’s just before 11 we can’t put anymore on either. So then we try and cancel the order on the app. Unable to and it charged us. We were also told sorry we can’t help you when asked how we can cancel it. He knew nothing. Zero competence at the Epping Taco Bell

This Taco Bell in Epping is wonderful compared to the one in Hooksett. Food was appealing and good. Got the order correct. Clean. Staff who know what they are doing and pleasant.
I went through the drive thru on 11/10/23. I ordered $30.00 worth of food, used my business card. The guy that handed me my food (bigger kid with a beard, glasses long blonde hair tied back) was incredibly rude, forgot two items of mine. I had to go back through the drive thru to retrieve my items that I paid for, I was given an attitude by him. Then I went and parked and realized they never handed me my receipt, and like I stated above I used my business card; so I needed my receipt for tax purposes. I go back thru the drive thru, and was told by Joshua the worker that he didn’t have time to get my receipt for me because they were to busy, when he had 1 other person in line. I stated I needed my receipt , and he was incredibly rude and practically told me to go eff myself that he didn’t have time and I should have gotten it the first time. When the boy the first time didn’t even put it in my bag or hand it to me. Incredibly rude service here!

Ordered delivery. They ran out of vegan cheese sauce so just gave me a bunch of normal nacho cheese instead. Added sour cream to my crunch wrap when I ordered it without sour cream, and didn’t add guac which I ordered. Definitely don’t go to this Taco Bell if you have any allergies or dietary restrictionsVegetarian options: Added allergens to my food when I ordered them without the allergensDietary restrictions: Not great for dietary restrictions - added non vegan items to my vegan foods.

It smelt horrible in here. The food got me sick. I ended up going home and started throwing up. Then went to urgent care because I could not hold anything down, including water. And then found out I had norovirus. This means the environment is unsanitary and this place needs a health inspection visit. I can guarantee you they will fail the health inspection. That’s all.

This location is not good. The tortillas tasted very stale and they were out of rice. I asked for jalapeños on the side and they put them inside the crunch wrap instead. I asked for the Mexican pizza to not be cut and it was not only cut but crushed. The sauce tasted bitter and the shell was burnt. The onions tasted old. They didn't give me any utensils for my potatoes. The last straw was that it took forever to get my food. Definitely skip this location.
