We recently visited WRAP CITY at Epping and was very disappointed with the cleanliness and service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and TIME .

The wrap station appeared unclean, and employees seemed unaware of proper hygiene practices.
As a customer, I'm concerned about food safety and overall experience , tables was dirty , bathroom sucks everywhere trash and kids were working . It closes by 8 pm but by 7:30 one girl said lobby is closed for dining and that started cleaning by 7:20 . They should have told when we ordered food . Chips were very hard and burnt . And later I found same chips packet in MARKET BASKET in HALF COST . I hope management addresses these issues.

We did not feel like that we came to restaurant to enjoy our dinner .
Our wraps were soggy and cold . It was more lettuce and less other material. BBQ flat bread was also like tortilla. Not at all crispy .
DO NOT WASTE your MONEY here . And never visit after 7 pm .The mature lady was wiping her hands on her dirty clothes while making wraps .
Very unprofessional place and food sucks .

Thank you for the reply from owner why should I contact to your manager??its your business and if you really concern about it , It’s up to you that , what actions should be needed to take for your manager .
Thank you though !

Thank you !

While the food was delicious I am unfortunately not able to score this location higher, despite being made aware that a member of our group had celiac disease precautions were not taken against cross contamination, causing a member of our dining party a lengthy and unpleasant recovery time. Please be more dutiful in your food preparations when serving those with food allergies

I love it here but get hair in my food about every other time I come. They are always happy to remake it though so that helps but I wish it would just stop happening

If you're a foodie in Epping, you gotta hit up Wrap City! I rolled through there the other day, and let me tell you, it was an experience worth sharing. First off, mad props to the kitchen crew—they're like culinary wizards or something. I happily purchased the Bobby V's Wrap and seriously, it was a game-changer! The mix of flavors in this carefully crafted culinary masterpiece had my taste buds titillating. Shoutout to the chefs for throwing down in the kitchen and creating a wrap that's basically a flavor explosion in your mouth. The Bobby V's Wrap wasn't just tasty; it was Instagram-worthy. I swear, I almost felt bad eating it because it looked so good. But then I took a bite, and all guilt went out the window. Whether you're rolling solo or with the crew, Wrap City is the move. Good food, good vibes, and big ups to the kitchen staff for making it all happen. I'm definitely gonna be a regular here—already planning my next flavor adventure. Keep doing your thing, Wrap City! ??

I stopped in after a haircut at great clips to try a wrap and some soup. The meal was disappointing, and the counter staff did not make it right when i informed them what was wrong. The crackers provided with the soup, they were stale, maybe expired, when i put them in the soup the soup was inedible. I brought that to their attention and instead of offering me something of the same value to make it right they did nothing. Another customer who i did not know generously bought me a new soup because they felt bad for the situation, but i declined it from them because the soup left a bad taste in my mouth. I also felt like i was overcharged for my wrap because i got the plymouth with no turkey for a dietary restriction and it was full price. The amount of chips in the box with the sandwich was minimal. When i ordered i still gave a generous tip because i expected better. My total being about 23.50 for wrap, soda, and soup, tax, and tip, was not worth it, and based on this experience, i would not return. I asked also for a meat substitute like tofu to which they said they do not carry. This surprised me because many people are vegan or vegetarian these days. The only positive was a clean restroom.

Vegetarian options: Not good for vegetarians.

Parking: Free lot spaces in brickyard square.
