While the food was delicious I am unfortunately not able to score this location higher, despite being made aware that a member of our group had celiac disease precautions were not taken against cross contamination, causing a member of our dining party a lengthy and unpleasant recovery time. Please be more dutiful in your food preparations when serving those with food allergies

I love it here but get hair in my food about every other time I come. They are always happy to remake it though so that helps but I wish it would just stop

If you're a foodie in Epping, you gotta hit up Wrap City! I rolled through there the other day, and let me tell you, it was an experience worth sharing. First off, mad props to the kitchen crew—they're like culinary wizards or something. I happily purchased the Bobby V's Wrap and seriously, it was a game-changer! The mix of flavors in this carefully crafted culinary masterpiece had my taste buds titillating. Shoutout to the chefs for throwing down in the kitchen and creating a wrap that's basically a flavor explosion in your mouth. The Bobby V's Wrap wasn't just tasty; it was Instagram-worthy. I swear, I almost felt bad eating it because it looked so good. But then I took a bite, and all guilt went out the window. Whether you're rolling solo or with the crew, Wrap City is the move. Good food, good vibes, and big ups to the kitchen staff for making it all happen. I'm definitely gonna be a regular here—already planning my next flavor adventure. Keep doing your thing, Wrap City! ??Parking: lots of spots , close to the store

I stopped in after a haircut at great clips to try a wrap and some soup. The meal was disappointing, and the counter staff did not make it right when i informed them what was wrong. The crackers provided with the soup, they were stale, maybe expired, when i put them in the soup the soup was inedible. I brought that to their attention and instead of offering me something of the same value to make it right they did nothing. Another customer who i did not know generously bought me a new soup because they felt bad for the situation, but i declined it from them because the soup left a bad taste in my mouth. I also felt like i was overcharged for my wrap because i got the plymouth with no turkey for a dietary restriction and it was full price. The amount of chips in the box with the sandwich was minimal. When i ordered i still gave a generous tip because i expected better. My total being about 23.50 for wrap, soda, and soup, tax, and tip, was not worth it, and based on this experience, i would not return. I asked also for a meat substitute like tofu to which they said they do not carry. This surprised me because many people are vegan or vegetarian these days. The only positive was a clean restroom.Vegetarian options: Not good for vegetarians.Parking: Free lot spaces in brickyard square.

Gordon Ramsay would be so disappointed. SHUT IT DOWN! My coleslaw had nothing on it whatsoever. My Bombay Life wrap was absolutely gross. I was basically drinking balsamic vinegarAND IT RUINED THE WHOLE WRAP. IT WAS DRIPPING ABSOLUTELY EVERYWHERE. Not worth the $22.17. The only satisfying thing was my Dr. Pepper out of the bottle. This ruined my day I was starving.

I went in for a wrap today, right after I took my first bite and got settled in the girl working there that indoor dinning closes at 7:30. There are no signs anywhere nor did anyone inform me at purchase. Well that’s besides the fact, you kick a guest out just when they started eating? Wow! Lack of training, lack of service. If it wasn’t for epping you would have shut down long ago. Never going to this place again and I’ll ensure you get my review on all platforms. Your food is good btw.

Usually I don't rush to my computer to write reviews but I had to!We were on our way to the racetrack looking for a lunch spot. We discovered Wrap City on our Google Search and I'm SO glad we did. The menu is huge, friendly for all diet preferences. We were greeted by a man, not sure his name or if he's the owner, but he was so nice. We got our food pretty fast and it was absolutely delicious. The three of us got wraps, the outside was toasty and the inside was perfect--not so overstuffed that it was going everywhere, and not thin by any means. The prices are VERY fair for what you get. And, the chips, OMG. I made a comment about how incredible the chips looked, and the man who took our order gave me extra--he must have heard me because I had to ask my friends to help me finish them LOL. Overall 10/10 will be back!

Came in after work and ordered a wrap and a bag of their chips. The kettle chips do have some kind of sweet coating but it's kind of like kettle corn, I see why some people did not like them but the salty sweet was actually quite nice in my opinion. The dining room itself was unfortunately not very clean and I noticed after sitting down there was a pizza crust and sauce all over the floor. As for the food I did not wait too long, I got the buffalo chicken wrap. The chicken was crispy and the veggiestasted fresh, the Bleu cheese was not super strong but unfortunately it felt like there was almost no buffalo in the buffalo wrap. The flavor overall was fine but I was missing that kick. I'd probably come back here it's a nice spot to grab a quick lunch and their chips are worth a try even if a little odd at first. I'd say keep a closer eye on cleanliness and buff up that buffalo I would pop one more star but for me personally this is a middle of the road.
