Everything I ordered tasted great! This place has definitely improved over the past few years. Although, the mobile app menu options could use an update. One of the food items I ordered isn't there anymore, but the replacement snack I got was also delicious, so I'm not worried about it.

After eating in line for 15 minutes I go to order 2 coffees and a bagel… and they literally tell me We’re not doing any hot food because there’s only 2 of us and we’re too far behind….. that’s pretty ridiculous to refuse service.

Worst customer service ever.. Got one coffee which was awful and wrong size. We paid with a 20 she gave us .32 back. She was mad when we ask for the correct change back.. Will never go there again

I put an online order of one breakfast sandwich and one order of hash browns in for the first time at 6:58 am as I was running late for work. I arrived to the location at 7:10. When I arrived the woman told me they were out of plain bagels. I said that's fine to switch to whole grain. No apology occured on their end. When I was handed my order at 7:18, there was still no apology or recognition of the order being late and the bag was thrown on the counter to me. I know not to use this location again especially if I am running late.

DD is always good. I don't like the new cup covers. They are hard to drink from when the coffee is hot. They need to go back to the old stile cup covers.

Bad gas. I got misfire codes, and the buick was running horrible, 2012 buick enclave. I used Heat fuel injector cleaner with water remover (red bottle). And filled up at Shell with 93 octane, and the codes went away, and it is running smother. I normally go to the same place for fuel, but I ran low and put in 20 bucks of high test octane here. Bad idea.

We ordered 25 dozen donuts. All the boxes were marked and put into larger boxes for easy carrying. They were ready at the pick up time and even loaded them into my car.
I ordered one drink. It took a short time for it to be made, about a long time for it to get to me. Apparently the kid had to go in the back and unpack a box of lids just to get a lid from me. They were goofing off instead of restocking
