August 22 around 5 pm. I didn’t get the name of the girl but she was working all by herself, but as bad as I felt she was the kindest fast food worker I have encountered! For sure deserves some sort of raise. Really recommend this Dunkin!!!!

We've stopped here quite a few times. The food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's hot and fresh and others the middle is still frozen. Numerous times they've forgotten the cold foam on my coffee (hence the four star)

The employees are rude , no standard of cleanliness . The ability to be professional is lost . I’d say 95% of the time they don’t even greet you politely.

People here are slow, I've been sitting in like for over 20 minutes and they just keep stacking bags on top of each other and not saying who they're for. Horrible service, I've never seen more lazy workers at a fast food restaurant in my life.

I’m not usually a big Dunkin’ fan, but I had a gift card and we were on a long road trip, so we stopped at this location connected to a gas station. I was hoping to try the new Cookie Dough Frappuccino, but unfortunately, the machine was down.

Although what really made the experience stand out was the cashier’s attitude. She let me know I could still get the cookie dough flavor in an iced coffee instead and made sure it was just the way I liked it. She even asked if I wanted more cream or sugar, which I really appreciated, especially since I’ve had poor experiences at other Dunkin’ spots.

Her professionalism and genuinely helpful attitude made this a 10/10 stop. It turned what could’ve been a disappointing visit into a really positive one. If you’re passing through, this location is definitely worth the stop.

typical millennial can’t handle her job has a melt down throws a tantrum about being short then. Shuts down all sandwiches and wraps. Go home if you can’t handle your job.

Everything I ordered tasted great! This place has definitely improved over the past few years. Although, the mobile app menu options could use an update. One of the food items I ordered isn't there anymore, but the replacement snack I got was also delicious, so I'm not worried about it.

After eating in line for 15 minutes I go to order 2 coffees and a bagel… and they literally tell me
We’re not doing any hot food because there’s only 2 of us and we’re too far behind….. that’s pretty ridiculous to refuse service.

Worst customer service ever.. Got one coffee which was awful and wrong size. We paid with a 20 she gave us .32 back. She was mad when we ask for the correct change back.. Will never go there again

I put an online order of one breakfast sandwich and one order of hash browns in for the first time at 6:58 am as I was running late for work. I arrived to the location at 7:10. When I arrived the woman told me they were out of plain bagels. I said that's fine to switch to whole grain. No apology occured on their end. When I was handed my order at 7:18, there was still no apology or recognition of the order being late and the bag was thrown on the counter to me. I know not to use this location again especially if I am running late.
