The only reason I'm giving a 3 star is because the frozen coffee I got tasted like burnt coffee and the bagel was toasted good but the cream cheese was literally plopped in the middle in the hole and I had to spread it around the rest of the bagel.
Standards have taken a dive, workers must not be trained as well and I no longer see a timer by the drive through like before. The way I was served definitely would not have happened years ago when I was employed there. Employees would have never hid in the back talking to one another basically arguing over who didn't have to serve the customer.
1 Start to 4 Star. A while ago I had a real bad experience at this store. TLDR: only got half my order and coffee was undrinkable after months of bad service. Lately service has been good though. The management that took over and the staff they have at the time of this review are a great team!
