The manger has under a year subway experience and not only rude to customers but staff too.Worked there in 2019 when Katrina owned it and it ran so smoothly and again in August of 2023, and you can you tell Brianna doesnt care for the store or customers satisfaction.Ive worked in fast food for 5 years and this place is not only uncleanly but theres no passion.There was literally work group chat of the managers/gms daughter bashing employees even though the gms daughter in the two weeks i was back showed up to her shifts maybe twice.The only reason I am leaving this review is because comes into my now place of work and is rude to the staff’s there as well along with her boyfriend.The entitlement from this establishment is unreal and unreasonable.

The girl who made our sandwiches was awesome...didn't get her name but she did a great job serving 7 people and her system was down plus she was working by herself !! Kudos to her for an awesome job!!
Sept 2023. This is more a review on the owner/ manager. For months now there has been only one person on duty on the weekends. There is no way that one person can run a Subway alone. It's impossible for them to keep up. This shows in errors, which I can't even really blame the person for because, again, it's impossible to be that busy and get it all correct. Until management gets more employees, I suggest NOT ordering online. Stand there and order. All 3 of our recent online orders were incorrect on basic levels, like the wrong meat. And don't bother to do curbside. There is no way for that one person to run it out to the car. I sat and tried to call in for 15 min with no answer and finally got my wheelchair out to go get the food.The people who work at this location really need support from the ownership, who, if they cannot hire more people, should be in the shop themselves doing the job. That is how you run a business, not the mess they have going on there now. I can't even be mad the subs are wrong, I have such pity for the workers.Until the get more help, they should suspend online ordering.

This is the worse Subway! For the third time recently we tried to place an order online and the store called to tell us they had no bread. We have gone there and they have been out of several different menu items. If you manage to get an order from here half the time it's wrong.

The food here is amazing this place makes the best sandwiches I’ve ever had it is kind of expensive but the food here is really good. I highly recommend getting a tuna sub with Italian herb and cheese bread and salt and pepper. It is incredible. There’s also some funny art in there, so ha ha funny art.

The server was unapologetic that there were out of about everything from lettuce, onions, peppers, several meats, etc. Didn't give us any discount considering we were settling for partial sandwiches. Meanwhile 3 other potential customers walked out because of the lack of options and the servers lack of customer service skills.

I was there tonight and they where crazy busy and only had 1 person working and he did a incredible job the poor guy didn’t skip a beet just to give you a idea how busy it was I waited 20 minutes in line and he was flying. This is one of the best subways everything always tastes fresh and they keep it clean. A+++++ keep up the great work and pride you take.
