I will start this post by saying my family owns property in Errol and we have been coming up here for 40+ years. We have always enjoyed the Log Haven for a night out or a lunch stop on the trails. That being said, two years ago friends and myself stopped in after a day of riding. We were prepared to spend HUNDREDS. A few of us walked in to use the bathroom while the others were outside, dusting themselves off. The owner came out screaming at the group outside. He thought we only came to use the bathroom. The lunatic took pictures of all of our registrations and threatened to call the police. When we explained we were there for food + drink, he was still so worked up he told us we were not welcome and told us we better leave. I will never be back and will advise anyone I know to avoid this business as well. For a business that relies on tourism, their customer service is garbage. Stay away!

Sharing this review to the restaurant page (shared 1 year ago to the campground page) in hopes others can inform themselves and avoid an unwarranted, humiliating experience:RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! I never leave negative reviews, but after today’s experience, I had to. Upon entering, I noticed a room full of eager, hungry snowmobilers on a holiday weekend, waiting without food, and most without drinks. Tables full of dirty dishes from previous customers still not cleaned up. And not a staff member in sight. I asked one of the 2 staff members that appeared (let’s call her RUDE lady) how long the wait was, and she snapped at me “10 minutes but I can’t promise you anything”. We finally ordered (Elk burger and turkey club) and upon getting our order, we were both skeptical if they made it right. Mine tasted more like beef, but I had never tried elk, so how would I know? His came as a wrap, so we assumed they were out of bread (since they were out of everything!!!). There was no staff to be found, so we ate it anyway. Here’s the good part.... on our way out, the RUDE lady said “you guys DO know you ate the wrong meal, right? Who eats something they didn’t even order?” and laughed without offering to compensate or apologize for THEIR mistake in any way, and walked away. Her ONLY job is to be a waitress (to serve food and provide good customer service), neither of which she is good at. Judging by other reviews, I am not the only one noticing this...

The owners are rude and yell at patrons! The food was not good at all! We ordered sandwiches with french fries that were not cooked. Fries were cold and tasted frozen. We will never go back again! We tried to address with the owner and were told to leave and were yelled at!

The service was beyond bad. The wife have been there a few times before and it was not bad. We had ridden our side x side up the on 27 July to go for the buffet. Well I was told they only do that in the winter for the snowmobliers now. That's ok so ordered 2 burgers and a steak & cheese sub to go because we had our dog in the machine. It took and hour to get my order after I told the waitress if it had not been started forget it. Groups of people had come in and had gotten their food after I had ordered. The waitress came out with our food and it was cold. It had been sitting around for awhile. It will be a long long time before we go there again.
