Got pizza last night. Worst pizza I've ever had. 4.4 stars is a lie. Pizza looked like it was cooked a week ago and tasted like it. I heard they had great pizza,not true.

Don't let the 4.4 stars on Google fool you. This place used to have the best pizza around. However under the new ownership the pizza has lost its flavor and now tastes like cardboard. Make the drive to Seabrook and go to Tostimos instead.

How do you guys have your hours open until 9? I have called on 3 separate occasions for a take out order and have called between 6:30pm and 7pm all 3 times to order a steak and cheese or other sandwiches and every time they say they can't make it because they shut down the grill and they can only make pizza. Either you should take everything off your menu except pizza or you should change your hours to close earlier. I would understand if I called at like 8:30pm or 8:45pm and they said this but I am calling 2 hours or more before you guys close. The previous owners never did this. I guess you have to call when they first open to secure getting a sub.

Sadly the quality has gone down, the whole place feels less welcoming, and the prices went up. Called about a delivery and when it wasn't a big enough order they declined.

Just had a Cobb salad and Reuben sandwich. I have been enjoying these at Brookside since the beginning of the pandemic. Under new ownership I had both today. The salad was so so with the cucumber spoiled. The Reuben was dry and not satisfying. The young lady at the cash register was very unfriendly. I won't be going back.

The pizza is always delicious. Great place for a quick slice on the go. Asked for chicken wings well done super crispy, and they weren't crispy enough . Other than that, workers are friendly and nice.

Saw the reviews to give it a shot. From out of town for a recital and needed a bite to eat for intermission. Ordered on their online app a $20 Cobb salad with extra chicken. I show up and they seemed confused on my order and no one was really manning the kitchen. They gave me a pre made Cobb salad and sent me on my way. As I got back to the recital, my dressing wasn’t there, no utensils, and no dressing!! Lol literally the worst $20 I spent on a salad.

Used to get Pizza slices here sometimes and just went today since the new owners. Had a slice of pepperoni and a slice of peppers and onions. About 20 minutes later, I was violently throwing up the Pizza. I hadn't eaten anything for a few hours prior, hence why I believe it was the Pizza.Overall the pizza tasted good going down but terrible on the way back up
