Ordered take out and it was fast easy and delicious. Definitely ask for silverware and or chop sticks as my bag did not have any. I had the chicken pad Thai and it was simple and delicious if you like spicy definitely be sure to specify as there was no heat on the original order.

One of our favorite Thai restaurants on the seacoast! Their Pho is one of the best in an area where it’s almost impossible to find. Worth the try as it’s one of our new staples.

I really enjoyed the meal I got from Capital Thai last night. Really. I had the Kanom Jeeb dumplings which were overstuffed to the point of bursting open at the seams. They were so delicious that I didn’t even want the accompanying sauce. I also ordered the Khao Soi mostly because I wanted to try something different than my usual and I was attracted to the pickled cabbage mentioned in the menu description. It was absolutely amazing! I got a delicious sauce - creamy with a hint of coconut- with two chicken drumsticks inside. The meat was falling off the bone. It came with the noodles and garnishes on the side so that I could choose my texture. I cannot overstate how mucin I enjoyed this meal. I make my own Thai food sometimes because I like it so much but do not appreciate the soupy and overly-sweet dishes that are often served at Thai restaurants. Capital Thai pleasantly surprised me! Highly recommend!

First time trying Thai food as a picky eater and I got the chicken satay and pad thai. Loved them both and we ate everything! Service and food were excellent, would highly recommend.

Was told 35 minutes for take out. Actually Was one hour and 15. Not a whiff of apology.

Came here in a large group and we got the most incredible service! The food was delicious, and the service was quick. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dinner!

Nice spot downtown! Great service and atmosphere. Chicken satay very rubbery and overcooked. Food ok ?

They used to be wonderful but have been hit or miss lately. It is sad but they are not inexpensive do not worth chancing it any longer

Excellent service. Boisterous atmosphere at night with a high noise level. Mediocre, inauthentic but filling food.

Ordered soup and Pad Thai noodles. Mango salad was utterly tasteless. Pad Thai was equally bland. Very disappointing. I recommend the Thai restaurant on Portsmouth Ave.

The food was great! But the service was not great. It didn’t seem too busy, but they didn’t come greet us for at least ten minutes. Nobody came to ask us how the food was, and after we finished they didn’t come bring us the check for like 15 minutes, and we had to flag them down and ask for it. I felt like they were trying to trap us like that one scene from Percy jackson when they were trapped in the casino for days….

No complaints really, great service, clean, decent food. Why three stars? The food tasted exactly as one would expect American Thai food to taste to the point that it was completely mediocre, not bad but rather uninspired and generic. Large portions made it worse somehow. I can see how some people might love the place. Maybe my expectations were too high.
