Chose to go local rather than Starbucks, Dunkin, or Joe's. I've been here a few times but I tend to be out later in the day and local isn't always an option if I plan to be in a place working or drawing. The cafe is nice, small, with some two seater tables. They make a good use of space with bar seating. Not a place to stay if you've got more than 2 of you wanting a table unless you can grab the floor cushion seating at the front. I found myself in Exeter and this coffee shop largely by accident. The price was a pleasant surprise. The server was good and told me he'd need to brew up a batch of the coffee and if I could wait. He brought it over when it was ready. Bonus points for playing some Aphex Twin.
Best coffee shop downtown ! Absolutely obsessed with their lattes. A little pricey but you know it’s made well, tastes delicious and the atmosphere is really friendly. Lots of regulars come in and local folks.
