Very poor customer service. Waited in the drive through line for minutes and I didn't hear a peek through the intercom so I pulled up to the window thinking the intercom wasn't working. Just to get to the window to wait again for someone to come to the window and have someone say no the intercom is working we are short staffed. You'll have to pulled around again and wait at the intercom.It is 6am I am clearly on my way to work I don't have time to pull around again and wait! Or maybe I'd have a little more patience if when I first pulled up to the intercom someone had said -please hold we will be right with you- instead or being greeted by silence.

This had to be one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There were 8 people behind the front desk, walking around and doing nothing and I was just waiting on line having issues with the self check out. I asked for help MULTIPLE times and was getting frustrated, but no one helped me. And I know for a fact they saw me having issues and ignored my calls for help. I wish I can give this place -5 stars. Dunkin-you need to retrain or fire these people. You have lost a customer.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. The service was TERRIBLE. All young high schoolers ignoring you at the counter. The self order kiosk machine was not working. I asked for help multiple times only to be ignored. There were at least seven employees walking by me, not taking my order or helping. This went on for about 10 minutes, they honestly weren’t even that busy with the drive thru. Don’t go here unless you want to leave aggravated.
The entire crew here is top notch ! Only 3 on and they were handling the counter and drive thru incredibly effectively. Been in many D D's with 5 to 7 on , and not been served anywhere near as well.

The chorizo wrap o took one bite and challenged all my employees to finish it with a cash prize.. guess what that cat puke ended up in the trash… i can’t believe the food at dunks has completely become not edible please fix this and I am a tea drinker what coffee place doesn’t have lemon you have actually made it a project for me to spend 25 dollars there and I’ve thrown most of it away
