The coffee is gross now, their donuts suck. Bring back the dunkin' donuts of the 1980s. Before it became a corporate enterprise.

I wish I checked my food before I left ! Quite literally the 4th time I’ve been served cold loaded hashbrowns from this location. Have given more than enough chances and stopped tipping because of the lack of effort for using a microwave . And these aren’t exactly loaded either. Just lazy & not worth the $. Paid $5 for cold potatoes .

I love this Dunkin Donuts it’s my favorite. The employees here are amazingly sweet. Props to Robert helping me out with my order and being so kind and patient, he is a five star employee.
I have never gotten my drink order correct here... It is always very late and I have to give it back to them every time. I'm finally writing a review because my regular coffee wasn't even mixed at all this time and didn't have the cold foam on it. When I said it needed cold foam and can they mix it they handed it back not mixed (after waiting 15 minutes for it to begin with). It is disgusting and now the cold foam had to be mixed in instead of drinking it like it's supposed to be. It can be a busy spot but management needs to do something here to turn it around.

Told the lady at the drive thru toasted plain, she asked if I wanted cream cheese I said no. Then she put the bagel with cream cheese and I told her no cream cheese please. Got both my bagels and they had cream cheese on it.

It was a little disorganized and messy but the drive through seemed to be nonstop so I got it. The service was great inside the store and the employee was very helpful

It’s incredible how inept this location is. I routinely get charged twice, even three times for an order and when confronted about it I get told they don’t know what to do about it. I would take the extra time and just go to a different location because this one cannot keep from charging you multiple times for the same thing. Today was my breaking point as I just paid 14 dollars for a large iced.

arrived at 7:30am. Food was hot and fresh, ready to go. The wait was about 10 minutes and they forgot a couple of coffees (2/4 received). Though, they were super friendly and they seemed to be surprisingly lively for 7am.

The food and drinks are typical dunkins products, which I love! The service is great, but can be slow in the morning. Understandably so, since there's a huge staffing issue nowadays. They always have a good quantity of donuts! One of the employees also offered to check the back for my donut since the front rack didn't have any.
