How hard is it to push a button on the register that says lightly toasted and how hard is it to actually turn down the thermostat on the toaster? Way too long and you need to clean up the place.

I wish I checked my food before I left ! Quite literally the 4th time I’ve been served cold loaded hashbrowns from this location. Have given more than enough chances and stopped tipping because of the lack of effort for using a microwave . And these aren’t exactly loaded either. Just lazy & not worth the $. Paid $5 for cold potatoes .

I love this Dunkin Donuts it’s my favorite. The employees here are amazingly sweet. Props to Robert helping me out with my order and being so kind and patient, he is a five star employee.
I have never gotten my drink order correct here... It is always very late and I have to give it back to them every time. I'm finally writing a review because my regular coffee wasn't even mixed at all this time and didn't have the cold foam on it. When I said it needed cold foam and can they mix it they handed it back not mixed (after waiting 15 minutes for it to begin with). It is disgusting and now the cold foam had to be mixed in instead of drinking it like it's supposed to be. It can be a busy spot but management needs to do something here to turn it around.
