Well this was my second time trying their gift baskets for business amd this year they received moldy baked goods. $150 down the drain. I will never use them again...how embarrassing!
The web site promised a 15% discount if I provided my email, but there was no discount reflected at purchase. They belatedly sent a code via email after the order had been placed. I sent them a message about but so far there has been no response. I now receive multiple promotional emails from them every day.
Update: My Google review got an immediate response. I was promptly given a refund for the amount of the discount.
This has been the worst online experience of my life. The order was sent to the wrong address even after contacting a representative to change the address. I then called and was told 4 separate times that my situation had been elevated and someone at the warehouse would call me the next day. I have called every day for 4 days and told the same thing and I did not receive a call the next day. The people I talk to have no ability to solve my problem. Today I spoke with someone and was put on hold for 45 min and then the line went dead. They took my money and the gift was never received and I have received no help! Stay away this is a scam!
My in-laws loved the ultimate beers around the gift. They will in be enjoying it fir a few weeks considering how much came in the basket. 10/10 recommended it hear the beers are great.
I gifted this to my daughter for her birthday..she and her family loved them..especially my Grandson.
I placed an order for a birthday gift and plan to order for Christmas.
A great solution from a distance
I did not see the gift as I ordered from Europe for delivery in the USA, but I received appreciative photos and the recipient was thrilled with the Happy Birthday chocolates. Timely delivery and great service.
Just a word of warning: I did go back to order another gift but at very short notice - 48 hours - and it was SO expensive that I gave up and ordered flowers elsewhere instead. If you can order in advance, it seemed reasonable - not so much if you have not been organised!
Did not deliver order on time, no confirmation or anything sent via e-mail. Will not be using again.
The WORST gift giving experience of my life!!!! I ordered one of the Veuve gift baskets for a surprise wedding gift. I followed the tracking closely. Day 1, out for delivery, requesting someone home to sign for the package. It kept saying out for delivery and would keep changing the eta. At this point the recipient is thinking I'm crazy for keeping them home all day so they can sign for a package that never arrived. Day 2, at 2:30am there's notification that the package is damaged 👌 then at 8am, back out for delivery. Hmmm, damaged package but out for delivery...mmmkayyy. Still no package. The package should have been there 1 week ago and the last notification I received was the package was delivered 6 days later to someone in Yonkers NY while the original recipient lives in NH. I'm wondering if this company is a scam. I hope I get my money back
This was the worst gift giving experience of my life. The company tried to deliver the package and we weren't present at the house we were staying at on vacation - no one called to try and coordinate an alternate delivery. We called gourmet gift baskets and told them we were no longer there on vacation or in the state and they said they would halt delivery, return the product to them and provide a refund. They did none of the above and now we have no basket and lost over $500. The customer service lady could not have cared less about helping us . I would highly recommend not ordering anything from this company

Having an awful experience with this company. Day three of my grandfather waiting around for his Father’s Day delivery for hours and nothing has come. It is stressful for us both and I’m honestly never going to use this service again.
Baskets make great gifts, but ordering for Mom's day the shipping for 12 strawberries was $41.00 alone. I won't be ordering from here any longer.
Best gift basket ever--awesome options, fairly priced--for every occassion
i ordered WELL ahead of time (02/08/2025) to ensure the snack box I picked would be delivered to my husband at work on Valentine's Day. I paid $15.99 in shipping fees and picked the date in accordance with their instructions. I also spoke with CS over the phone to make sure they indicated that the delivery address is a business, the CS rep told me UPS takes this into account and that those deliveries typically happen before 9am. Okay, so far so good. I got an email 02/10 that my gift had shipped. I checked on the tracking information this morning and my gift still hasn't left Illinois (???) and it's now scheduled for delivery 02/17. The business isn't even open on President's Day, it's not Valentine's Day, and now my surprise which was guaranteed to arrive on the chosen date is completely ruined. Now I have to give my husband a lame excuse about Gourmet Gift Baskets being ass, not following through on their promises, and apparently giving zero f*cks (considering it's been 20 minutes and I'm still on hold with CS). Thanks so much, I love spending my hard-earned money on a company that doesn't deliver - literally or figuratively. There is literally no refund or coupon that can make up for the thing not being there on the day.
Looks very good, but I could have done without the $17.00 shipping cost that isn't disclosed till after you have confirmed the purchase. I know, as you say on the website, that this is set by the shipping company but probably should be seen on the page before confirmation.
