i ordered WELL ahead of time (02/08/2025) to ensure the snack box I picked would be delivered to my husband at work on Valentine's Day. I paid $15.99 in shipping fees and picked the date in accordance with their instructions. I also spoke with CS over the phone to make sure they indicated that the delivery address is a business, the CS rep told me UPS takes this into account and that those deliveries typically happen before 9am. Okay, so far so good. I got an email 02/10 that my gift had shipped. I checked on the tracking information this morning and my gift still hasn't left Illinois (???) and it's now scheduled for delivery 02/17. The business isn't even open on President's Day, it's not Valentine's Day, and now my surprise which was guaranteed to arrive on the chosen date is completely ruined. Now I have to give my husband a lame excuse about Gourmet Gift Baskets being ass, not following through on their promises, and apparently giving zero f*cks (considering it's been 20 minutes and I'm still on hold with CS). Thanks so much, I love spending my hard-earned money on a company that doesn't deliver - literally or figuratively. There is literally no refund or coupon that can make up for the thing not being there on the day.

Looks very good, but I could have done without the $17.00 shipping cost that isn't disclosed till after you have confirmed the purchase. I know, as you say on the website, that this is set by the shipping company but probably should be seen on the page before confirmation.

I've sent two baskets recently and neither recipient received the personal card so they didn't know who it was from. Makes it awkward to have to ask someone if they got your gift! I called the company. They advised they changed their cards but it should've been on the outside of the box. They refunded 15% of my last purchase. The card should be prominently placed so it's not missed.

1. GOURMETGIFTBASKET stated that the order is comprised of perishable items and would have to be delivered within 2 days.

2. Despite the fact that the order was packed in New Jersey and was supposed to be delivered to a location that's also in New Jersey (about 20-30 min away), the package detailed tracking shows that UPS (the carrier used by the vendor) picked up the package on 9/9 and transported it to one of their facilities in New Jersey, then yet again to another location in New Jersey, then to Rhode Island then to Massachusetts then again to another facility in Massachusetts and then to New Hampshire and then back to NJ on 9/13. That's 4 days later (by which time the content must have perished) and returned the package to the sender (i.e., GOURMETGIFTBASKET) with the excuse that the address is incorrect. I called the facility and they assured me that no delivery was attempted.

3. GOURMETGIFTBASKET completely ignored the fact that content perished and went along with the false excuse of the address could not be found; however, the location where the package was to be delivered is a medical facility with a well-established (and verified) address that has existed for a long time (and clearly available on Google Maps as well other apps). Even the GOURMETGIFTBASKET representative I talk to was able to locate it. Also, the facility is staffed 24x7x365 with presence in the lobby and on every floor. Saying that it could not be located is preposterous and most likely a lie to cover the fact that the contents perished.

Despite all of that, the representative said a refund would not be issued. One would think that any reasonable business that cares about its customers and its reputation would immediately offer a refund; not this business, though. What a predator of a business!

Needless to say even though we paid for the item to be delivered same day, it never showed up and the client had no gift from us upon arrival. Very disappointed with this company and their service.

Excellent service from the company, the order arrived earlier than expected, even with a winter storm warning, carefully packaged with its personalized card and quality products, they gave me a telephone follow-up to see if everything had been fine, very grateful and without I definitely recommend them for your special moments. I have ordered several gift baskets. Each one has been a huge hit with the recipients. Part of what makes these baskets great is that the fruit is very fresh, and they actually own their own bakery. The bakery items are fresh and as good as home made. I have received two baskets as gifts, the quality and presentation was perfect, which makes me very confident about the baskets I am sending.

I loved the choices I had at Gourmet Gift Baskets website. I ordered the 4363 Artisan Charcuterie Wine & Cheese Tray for my Aunt's 90th birthday and she loved it. I wanted to send a variety of things that wouldn't spoil if she didn't eat them right away and she was so happy!! Your other products were amazing and I will be ordering again for sure. Thank you.
